I love the sandwiches but the staff are questionable. I’ve been coming here for years but please be mindful when paying with card here. I’ve had numerous instances where they try to add extra tip to the total after I’ve left. Luckily I’m able to dispute the charge because I have receipts showing the actual total. I love supporting local small businesses but this is very unethical to do.

I ordered two sandwiches for pickup, a turkey with avocado and a regular tuna. Instead, I got two turkeys (one plain, one with avocado). On top of that, I was charged $36, when it should’ve been closer to $30 with tax.
No receipt in the bag, charges don’t reflect menu prices, no total shown when I paid with Apple Pay, and no chance to catch the mistake until I was already home. The sandwiches were just okay, but between the wrong order and the higher charge, the experience sucked. So many other better places to go to.

It’s a sandwich shop. The decor gets that job done. The win is the food. You may not be able to stuff all that sandwich inside your body even though you want to so bad….

Convenient location if you’re staying in the hotel next door. They had a salad option which was pretty large and decent tasting, though I liked the tuna salad better than the chicken salad. No masks despite most of the area wearing them at the time. Staff was friendly. Was not, ironically, a fan of the pickle.

I think they fired those guys who were cursing. Seems more normal now. Okay Sandwiches and the soda machine is still a huge win

Seems like they’ve had to raise prices as everything is scratched out on the menus and rewritten. The sandwich was quite heavy on the meats.
