I have given this new management at Panchos several chances. I dined here on Thursday, January 8 2026. The service was terrible! The server put my order incorrectly then expected me to eat what I didn’t order. They finally got my order correct after 20 minutes. She never asked if I needed a refill on my drink nor any salsa or chips. She kept laughing. The food was NOT good at all. I will not go back. This was the worst service I have had in a very long time. The saddest experience was the Server kept laughing.

The Good: Amazing service. Extremely friendly with a nice clean interior. Nachos were yummy.
The Bad: Not a fan of paper plate usage. Paper plates are wasteful, and with food items like beans, the paper tended to get soggy beneath.
The Ugly: the carnita plate was just a disappointment with the pork being very dry.
Will try again in the future.

Best food and service around! The salsa is better than any of these other restaurants around Clemson Central. I come here 3 or 4 times a week because it’s fresh, fast and good portions to fill you up. The staff is great despite the shortage of help. They know their customers and they know how to cook and serve!!

We took a nice walk downtown central, and stumbled upon Pancho’s. The ambiance is nice, clean bathroom and clean dining hall. We were greeted quickly and seated. We ordered two dishes which were great in flavor, the size of the dish we were able to take some home. I will be back to enjoy more great food. This is a beautiful cactus.

I ordered 3 soft shell tacos and I asked them to make them supreme and they did exactly as I asked. I also ordered the 5 enchiladas and let me tell you that everything was amazing and so fresh. I’m very thankful for Mr. Pancho’s. Oh, and their chips and salsa were also very good. Good price for everything. Everyone there is super nice and friendly and respectful.

Me for asking the topping vegetables on side as if I as ordering them extra. I also order a desert that should be served warm because it’s deep fried and they gave me a cold and soggy thing. I only live 5 minutes from the place so no I did not make it be cold. They charged me a to go fee after all the extra charges they already gave.

Edit 1-24-22 I still love coming here to get some great food. Had the Panchos supper enchiladas today. I cannot get enough of their ranchero sauce. Well Done Panchos!

We went here on a Sunday and I’ve never been to a restaurant that doesn’t sale alcohol on a Sunday. That being said the food was incredible! My wife got the quesadillas and she was upset they didn’t come with peppers and onions. I went with the Birria tacos and they were incredible compared to many other in the central area. Our waitress had to be new. All in all it was absolutely some of the best Mexican food I’ve had and I’ll continue to eat here!
