Shrimp Lo Mein, large vegetable fried rice, egg roll. The shrimp was a bit strong which means they weren’t fresh. It also had a bit too much soy sauce for me. I enjoyed the rice and egg roll.

Went there and picked up my beef and broccoli with lomein noodles. Started eating and feeding my grandson and bit into the beef and felt a hair in my mouth, I pulled it out, spit out the food and immediately called the restaurant. The rude lady on the phone said I would have to bring it back so she can determine if it was mine or theirs and told me that everyone ties their hair up and that at the most, they would make my food over but that a refund was not an option as if I was still hungry after that. I have very short hair btw.

I ordered 2 dinners, chicken and broccoli and sweet and sour chicken. I ordered delivery and my total was $30.91. When my husband and I went to devour our food it was terrible. The shrimp fried rice was so hard and my sweet and sour chicken was raw and super doughy. My husband immediately called them and they stated we wouldn’t get our money back or anything and the man was super rude. My husband went to the restaurant for fresher food and we were given the saltiest nastiest rice ever. They didn’t even replace our whole order. They gave us ice cold crab Rangoon. I feel as though our food was overly salted as retaliation for returning the inedible food. I will never, I repeat never eat here ever again. This place has definitely gone down hill. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Last night I ordered rice and gravy, ( large) who cannot cook rice and gravy?
The rice was uncooked ( hard) and the gravy was full of grease.
My daughter warned me, I told who can’t cook rice and gravy?
Then I ordered 2 veggie Egg Rolls.
My dishes are so greasy that now have to buy ( DAWN ) to remove all that grease.
I’ll have to find a new Chinese restaurant to orer from.

I called to order for pickup, I had to be put on hold for a quick minute but I understand because it was the end of the lunch rush. I said I wanted to order for pickup and asked what vegetables come in the vegetable fried rice. The lady said a few things and I asked to remove an ingredient and she said “I just work here and take orders I don’t know what’s in the vegetable fried rice if you want to know don’t talk to me if you want to order then talk to me.” Their food is okay but the customer service is trash. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask what’s in something you’re going to buy and ingest but I won’t tolerate someone getting frustrated because I ask. Simply say unfortunately we don’t do substitutions and I’ll be fine. Hope this helps someone.

I would give them 0 stars if I could… I have ordered from this place several times & never had an issue with their service or food but after having to cancel an order minutes after placing it! Due to personal reasons. They have been beyond rude.. Reminding me every time call about that one time unexpected cancelation!? Like why would I call to place an order & then cancel it again just for the heck of it? (how old are we) So since they don’t value there customers because of one incident they will NEVER get my money again! And that one lady that I’ve spoken with is unbelievably disrespectful.. I have tried to speak with the manager on several occasions but seems to “never be there”
