Slow evening evening in at Mr. Liu Noodle house had a warm and calming dinner. I had the House Special original beef noodle soup. The portion is a healthy size so it’s quite filling by itself with good depth of flavor. I was told it was slightly spicy, but couldn’t really taste any, I don’t actively seek very spicy stuff but do enjoy spice to a dish. I added two small spoons of chili oil to add some of that spice to the dish so if you are concerned about spicy, unless you are incredibly sensitive it is very low spice. I ordered a side of the pork ribs as well, they were tender and fall off the bone with good flavor, but personally would’ve liked if they were slightly crispier exterior with like a broil or something to finish. Overall very happy, the meal was warm, filling and comforting in a slightly chilled evening

The best noodle soup I’ve ever had.
For cold days it is just perfect. The portion size is excellent, I could barely finish it. The soup is very tasty, the meat is so tender it melts in your mouth, and the noodles and vegetables are cooked just right. The restaurant is clean, cozy, quiet and very clean, and the service is always kind and polite.

One of the best Sichuan cuisines in the Bay Area. Loved their spicy ️ noodle dishes and meaty dishes. The hostess was friendly and welcoming. I have visited here several times. My bd buddy also loved the dishes. We especially loved the sliced shank and tripe!

From the street, this appears as any of the Chinese restaurants in the area. Once inside, the excellent food and service served in a contemporary setting will surprise and delight any guest. Certainly the noodle dishes are its focus. However, every dish was filled with delicious flavor.

Yummy! I love noodles so much and probably could eat two bowls here. I loved the texture of the noodles and the clean tasting broth. Didn’t take a photo but we also ordered dumplings. If you are looking for a meaty dish, dumplings were packed with meat. The atmosphere is nice to eat in.

An awesome Chinese noodle and wonton shop — highly, recommend it to anyone in the area. Moreover, the place is very welcoming to kids and families. The place outside is unassuming but we were greeted at the door and immediately welcomed in. When we sat down, they gave our toddler a plate and served us tea. On food, we ordered a range of options: from special original beef noodle, the special zhejiang noodles, the non-spicy Beef noodles with clear soup and wonton with spicy chili oil. Food was plentiful (as commanded by the price point) and very well spiced. 100% would recommend.

The food was great! Definitely one of the spicer zhajiang mien I’ve had but still absolutely delicious ! They seasoned the sauce beautifully, the ground pork was flavorful, and the cherry on top was that the noodles had a nice QQ texture to it. The portions were somewhat large too. Me and my friend should’ve split a bowl instead of ordering individual bowls.
The waitstaff were really friendly and accommodating. They answered all our questions without judgement and made sure we had a glass full of water at all times.
Overall, I’m exited to comeback here again!

First time here. Ordered the Original Beef and Pickled Veggie Pork; Both noodle soups were really good. The texture of the noodles was spot on and the broth was delicious. Wait staff was nice and attentive. Definitely would come back to try the other dishes. This place is going into our rotation of noodle houses.
