This spot fulfills all needs. Generous serving sizes, reasonable cost, and exceptional food quality. The Sunday crowd explained why service wasn’t as quick. The meals here provide quantity and quality together. If there’s one problem is that it’s too popular and gets packed during peak hours.

This is a food truck that’s usually parked on Jackson Ave next to Jackson Park building. This is probably the best 10 dollar meal you can get in LIC. You get rice, chicken, soup, and sauce for 9-10 dollars. Amazing food, nothing to complain about. We get this very often when we don’t know what else to eat.

This place is delicious. Love the unique menu items. I’ve had enough of the same old same old boring pad thai restaurants you see everywhere. Corn on the cob is to die for. My toddler licks the seasoning off with relish. Chicken and rice dish is very reminiscent of Hainan Chicken and very authentic. Don’t know why others say this place has no flavor. Perhaps they requested less spice? Also, the owners are very friendly and genuine. Hope they find a permanent location nearby ’cause they’ve become a weeknight dinner staple for us!

No frills food truck that has amazing steamed chicken. Authentic thai khao man gai and man have I been missing this. A set cost $10 at most and they only have 3 different sets (Steamed / Grilled / Fried) chicken. You cannot go wrong with either one. Served with a side of daikon soup. Definitely one food truck to look out for.

This is the best dish I’ve had for 10 bucks in this area. I found this cart in lic and ordered the fried chicken over rice. It comes with soup and a sauce. Definitely coming back. This is the best chicken ever!!!

It’s located inside a bagel store. A good comfort food, close to the city (only 1 stop on 7 line) without trekking to Woodside. I love their sauce. Rice can use some improvements. One downside is that sometimes they either don’t have items on the menu or run out of them.
