The order taker (young lady with black hair and slits in her eyebrows) was more concerned about upgrading my fries, drinks and cheese sauce then placing an accurate order. She was rude and not a good communicator. Fries tasted like they were frozen/ refrigerator taste as if they found them in the back of the freezer locker

They literally give you no meat on a sandwich unless it’s a large. Ordered 2 small grilled Italiano minus the ham and literally got a sandwich with lettuce tomato and onion. The fellas were really kind, the cashier I believe ones was named like Khalil or something like that. He was really kind and helpful and did not seem to get inpatient as I answered the phone in front of him. usually I don’t answer the phone at these odd times but it was my divorce lawyer. Khalil even asked about it such as if I get to keep the car and when I get to see my kids. I thought it was rude at first but I saw his pretty eyes and I knew he was a kind man. The chef in the back was really good at what he does, not compared to usually from this location. I think someone said his name was Michael, shout out to you Mikey!!. The only reason I could not give a five was because of rude manager who was interrupting Kahlil while he was taking my order. Also a dollar fifty for extra meat, come on dog that’s to much!!

Very good location, Workers are way nicer than the other mr hero’s nearby me , I drive longer to come here rather than the one closer to me, I took a while to read the menu just because, their are a bunch of words close together and no pictures, I believe if you have the numbers and sandwiches together it would be a lot easier for the customers to read. Thank you for the workers making my food, clean place, and organized

Whoever the gentleman that was working tonight 7/25 really had his act together I’d come back just for his hospitality alone didn’t get a sandwich as I arrived just before closing time and he was more then willing to throw some jalapeño poppers and PEPPERONI & CHEESE BITES in the fryer for me as a truck driver from out of town never had this chain before but I’ll definitely be on the lookout to try it again in the future

Great customer service and great food!! The food was delicious and they were not stingy with the fries! The other locations I go to only give me like 6 fries! Best location! The drive is definitely worth it for great food!
