The food and coffee here are very good. I enjoy the Mocha Lattes and the Lox Bagel. The place is a little small but cozy. In warmer weather the sidewalk seating is a nice place to sit and hangout downtown. Brinx is also a dog friendly establishment.

Great place to stop in for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Highly recommend getting their “Classic” egg sandwiches. They have recently expanded thier bread options to gluten free as well. You will not be disappointed.

What a find out in Torrington, CT! I’ve always loved this area, and seem to discover fun and eclectic shops scattered about on each trip, but I was truly thrilled to visit Brinx for the first time. What a wonderful staff, fun vibe, and INCREDIBLE French Toast latte I had! I mean, this thing was drenched in flavor, and was the perfect compliment to the yummy turkey BLT we had. I wish they were closer to us, but it just means that we’ll have more fun roads to drive to head back and see them!

Jess and Dante have always been the best and Julia has been a great addition. I have loved this coffee shop for years—loved the people, loved the environment and loved the coffee. A great place.

I cannot speak highly enough of Brinx. This is my go to coffee, lunch, and drink place with a cozy atmosphere, delicious drinks and food, and great staff. This is a place that makes everyone feel welcome and the owner knows “my wine.” A new owner took over last year and elevated the food and drink options by making syrups and other items in house not to mention expanding hours to include a wine bar. An amazing local spot that elevates the coffee and lounge experience in Torrington. If you haven’t been, I highly recommend you go asap.

Brinx is a cafe in Torrington. It’s right near the children’s museum and other local businesses. I was headed to the museum and stumbled upon this spot. They have coffee, sandwiches, and more.
I got a latte and it was really good. The person working there was also friendly. There were plenty of seating and it was cozy in there. If you’re a coffee lover, I highly recommend a stop.
