I got sandwiches from them this morning.They were absolutely soggy. I am suprised that the owner hasn’t improved after this many reviews! I didn’t like the service too. The girl with bun had a strange attitude! Looked like she was dreading the customers coming in! Pls try and improve if you want people to have good experience and for u to do good on the market. Just overworking the staffs won’t do any good!

I used to get Mr Hero for lunch all the time when I lived in Akron. I loved getting their cheesesteak sandwich. So today I picked it up for lunch and it was good but just didn’t live up to the memory.
I paid for the larger portions and felt like I didn’t get anything extra. It was very overpriced for the portion size.
Honestly I didn’t love it and probably won’t go back.

This was a brand new store, so everything was immaculate. The service was prompt and precise. I LOVE the Roman burger, so I got that, and it was made hot-n-fresh for me. The sandwich was delicious and filling. This was a new year’s eve miricle to find a Mr. Hero that was open at 8pm on new years eve and on my way back south to Maryland. I’m so very glad I stopped here for dinner!!! A+

We got sandwiches for lunch for the first time. My husband brought them home from Nile’s location (15-20 minute drive). When I opened my smoked turkey, the lettuce is brown and slimy. So was my husbands Italian sub. The lettuce, It is gross lettuce.
When I called to tell the owners, they offered for me to bring it back and they make a new one, but we were already home. It’s too far to drive for their error.
I was also told that the lettuce is fresh.
I wish they would’ve at least offered to redeem themselves at a future date instead of the only option to be a 20 minute drive back right now. We will never be back.

We had a fine experience here for the first time. We’ve been to different Mr Hero locations, but not this specific one. There wasn’t a lot of parking, but this area didn’t look especially busy. We got our food as ordered and the wait wasn’t long. The food was served hot and yummy!

RIPOFF SNEAKY !! Went there for lunch today got ripped off I spent 50 dollars and the subs are smaller then a hotdog bun the taste is the only thing good the cashier took it upon herself to ask my 7 year old if they wanted any extras and charged us 6.50 for a small fry and Dixie cup of cheese that was terrible also trying to asking my 7 year old would you like a coke or 14in sub i orderded a 14 sub she wanted the 1 doallr kid sandwhich they charged full price for it 399 they try to do ANYTHING TO RUN YOUR BILL UP WATCH YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE RIPOFF SNEAKY FYI the picture is of a 7.10 chicken Philly sub look how small
