This location is closer to Interstate 77,hotels and retail shopping. I didn’t have to wait long to have my order taken and to receive it. I had the #2 Cheeseburger meal with a regular drink.(5/13/2023) Walked in and right away I saw a large order had been placed WAY ahead of me. Even after I ordered I had to wait 15 minutes but I’m patient person to receive my food and back to work. (10/17/23) Decided to eat lunch hours prior coming here. I ordered the #2 Cheeseburger Meal With Cheese Sauce and a Medium Drink.(2/1/2024) Ordered #2 Cheeseburger meal with a Regular drink Mtn. Dew Code Red. Wasn’t busy at all and no line. Pretty much the same all round.

I’d say over the last 6 months the quality of the food and the cleanliness has improved dramatically. Most certainly the new management has taken the responsibility of this place serious and you can tell with your friendly attitude. I for one like the pre-order my things so I try to order ahead and it’s always ready on time and fresh and hot. Another important factor is a bathrooms are clean and so is the dining facility. Definitely a good spot to take your family too. Or border online to be delivered or pick up.

Chooses to allow your food to get cold in front of you, and doesn’t mention the bulk order is going to take long enough. After waiting 20 min and watching my kids food get colder and colder, I finally asked what was taking so long. Mind you they have one lady doing the counter while the manager is standing around like a trash human. The manager finally explains my bte patty is taking longer because they weren’t prepared. It was dinner time. Maybe be prepared? Maybe tell me “hey this is going to take a half an hour” maybe cool that part first and not allow all of my food to get cold, and maybe when I ask for a refund you give me the correct amount back. $33.93 does not round down to $33. Everyone aside from the lady that took our order at this restaurant sucks.

This place is always fantastic. Probably the best Mr. Hero in the state, definitely in the area. The staff is always friendly, and the food is always legitimately fresh. I’ve never had a single negative experience here, which I really can’t say about most fast food places!

Went in after 8 to get our dinner, I was the only person in there by the time everything was made and we got home it was probably 8:45 right away noticed how soggy the fries were, ate one it was uncooked and soggy so they went in the trash, mushroom bites was under cooked and the cheese sticks was under cooked the tuna sub had a dab of tuna on it with tons of lettuce and 1 tomato the cheese steak sandwich was all bun barley any meat I knew if I called they wouldn’t answer so I called first thing this morning, Explained everything to the employee and let him now how upset I was at the fact I paid 45.00 for this food that basically went in the trash, He said he had to talk to the manager and told me to call back later so I did and was told I should of taken it back and had them re make my order well that wasn’t going to happen since they was closed !! This is unacceptable to pay 45.00 for crap

EVERY TIME I COME TO THIS PLACE IT IS ON POINT!!!!!! They are fast, all the food taste like it was freshly made, they are courteous and always get the order right. Not sure of the managers name but it was a lady with glasses she got me in and out of there with a almost $30 order all made fresh and correct. If we take time to write bad reviews then we should be taking time to write good reviews as well. Good job mr hero’s on Arlington rd. Y’all always

Food was absolutely deplorable and not edible except for the fries. Took one bite, and the burgers went into the trash. Lettuce was awful, not fresh. Bun was soggy and looked like it was wiped on the floor. Burger was not hot. Service was bland. No smile, barely looked you in the face, and she put my change on the counter. Huge no no with me. However, the next customer had no issue with the change and got her food before mine. She left the counter to prepare my food, although there were two other workers in the back. The only good thing I will say is that the restaurant looked clean. No worries. I will not be going there again.
