You couldn’t find a clean portion of floor in the entire place. This must be the most dirty fast food joint I have ever been in. We waited 10 minutes so they could make a “fresh” chicken sandwich. The sandwich was hot but the fries were as cold as can be. There is no way possible this location stays open unless they make some huge changes. Not a chance I would take my family back to this place.

The floor is sticky, the bathroom trash was full and over flowing. They were out of onion rings and fries. When our food came the manager tossed the bag at me. Then the food was cold and if you like an over abundance of mustard and your burger it would have been fine. I mean the mustard looked like it exploded all over the burger.
Then when we were leaving. The manager and other two working employees were out front smoking. They did not leave the restaurant with us but before we did. It was the most surreal experience of my life.

The employee at the counter was so kind, helpful, and personable. Also had great experience with another employee when we stated we forgot to order cheese on our big Mac and would like to purchase some. some people are just so positive and upbeat and bring so much joy to your life. Thank you for being those people! We are just passing through on vacation. If you get the chance, stop by and see this restaurant!

This has to be is the worst Burger King In history!! It has always been bad but this evening was the absolute worst!
First after waithing 5 min with one in the drive-tru or inside just to order then another 5min a the pay window, was told the didn’t have any od the kids meal drinks fine i will get her a lemon aid not the end of world. But then wait another 5min to get my food and leave, check my order as I pull out the drive way they forgot my drink and gave me a small fry when I paid for a large. Return to get my drink and fry, was told they were out of all but the small fry containers so that what they gave me with out saying but no problem charging so they gave me another small. When we get home realized they did even make me the right burger gave me one that was half the price!
Just straight done!

The worst run Burger King I’ve ever visited. Keep giving it a chance every couple months too see if it’s improved, but it never has. More cars leave the drive thru after waiting than order. Whomever owns this franchise is doing an awful job of having adequate number of staff. I really don’t understand how this place is still open. I’m typing this as I’ve sat at the pay window for 15 minutes now. Do not come here if you’re actually looking to eat, if you’re bored and want to see how long you can sit in the drive thru, go for it.

More of the same experience that other people have shared about this place. Very slow and didn’t get my order right. I waited close to half an hour before I got to the speaker of the drive through to place my order then the person in the other drive though lane who got there after me ordered before I did. This is the second time this has happened to me in this drive through. After I told them my order it still took another 15 to 20 minutes of waiting to get my food and it was not what I had ordered. Staff was not very apologetic either about the wait time. In my opinion if they are that behind the drive through needs to only be one lane because having two open at peak times like this is obviously not manageable for the staff that they have.

Great food and staff but definitely NOT fast food. Fast food served slowly would be more accurate. Understaffing is not the staffs’ fault , but the owners ultimately. They need to spend more to have better wait times and compete with McDonald’s.
