They said they don’t have the waffle fries anymore. That’s their signature side. Bullcrap. All the places in Westlake have lazy workers and never have the menu items they should and Mr hero is no exception. SMH. Won’t ever try to eat anything in Westlake again, over the years we keep giving places another chance and they always fail.

First couple times at Mr Hero. Pickup up a Romanburger for a family member and the cheesesteak sub for me. Solid food. The veggied on the Romanburger were fresh and my family member loved it. The cheesesteak sub for me was great too. I like mushrooms and it had a lot of them. If you’re not a mushroom fan you might have them go light on them, but I love them. The waffle fries were very good, and i liked them much better than the ones at a certain chicken chain. Note, This location is definitely setup more for takeout than dining in.

Man do I miss Mr Hero. After moving out of Cleveland it was the first thing I ordered when I came up for the weekend to visit relatives. Did the Romanburgers shrink?? or did my hands grow after 10 years?? Nonetheless the food was great!!!

It gets busy at lunchtime on a weekday, but the quality of food is good and the taste is great. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.
The best thing to get is a Romanburger BTE. The ratio of meat to veggies to bread is divine. If you want to kick it up one more notch, add garlic topping. You will thank your deity of choice (or perhaps find one to believe in).

First experience. Moved from Chicago. Looking for good local food. Sooo disappointed. The “steak” sandwiches was not steak… it was like under cooked gyro meet…not steak! and i love gyros.. it wasnt good at all.i should have found a gyro place. It took me hours to flush out the sticky cheese from my throat. The bread was good but i will NEVER order from this place again!
