I’ve tried other Mr. Hero is nearby, but the quality and freshness at this location are superior. I think it is due to the manager and staff. They keep the restaurant cleaner than most fast food places I’ve visited. It may be psychological, but having it so clean and neat makes eating there more relaxing and the food tastes better than their competitors.

This is absolutely the best. Mr. Heroes in Cleveland Most awesome sandwich shop. You walk in and the place is amazingly clean and they greet you with a wonderful, warm smile and the food is done quickly and tasty. If you don’t eat here you’re nuts. I had my dog with me in the car. They could see I was trying to calm him down and they brought my food out to me.I came here 5 days in a row. Would have done it for the sixth. But the family wanted the little variety. Man, I love this place.

This is a really busy place.
Probably the best way of ordering is online.
Especially if you are entertaining company from out of town.
Because Mr. Hero is an Ohio thing.
People outside of Ohio do not have the opportunity to enjoy the Romain Burger.
It would not be safe to ship a sandwich.

The food is always great from my local Mr. Hero, and the service is friendlier than normal for a “fast food” restaurant. I ordered the gyro with extra meat and was amazed at how much meat I got! It was exactly what extra meat is supposed to be when you order it! Keep it up!

Normally I have no complaints when we get food from here. Usually it’s fresh, hot, and service is quick even when it’s busy. That was not the case this evening. I ordered online and had a little shopping to do so I timed it out to where I could grab what I needed from the store, grab our kids food and be there on time for my curbside pick up, which again, even when busy they’re typically fast. I got there 2 to 3 minutes early and called to let them know I was there, they said it wasn’t done and it’d be a few minutes. Fifteen minutes later, after seeing multiple people going in and out getting food, mine finally came out. I get home (only maybe 3 mins drive) and the food warmth was at the level of something that’s been sitting on a food warmer. The fries were soggy and chewy which is very repulsive, the sandwich tasted good, I mean it’s a Roman burger so how could it not be, but it was more on the luke warm side, the cheese sauce was piping hot though so that was good. Honestly, I’d have been less upset if they’d have said it’ll be a few minutes but it’ll take even longer to be brought out because I’d have walked my happy butt in there with a smile on my face and picked it up so that it was still hot and the fries wouldn’t be soggy.

The meat taste tastes like very low quality, veggies were slimy. Cheese sauce didn’t even taste like cheese.

Why In The World is this place empty at 5pm?!!! We stopped in for a quick Romanburger and waffle fries to go and there was no one in there? The restaurant is super clean, friendly cashier, inviting atmosphere, and fresh ingredients. We’ll definitely be back and telling our friends! Hidden Gem in this plaza.
