If I could rate 0 stars I would. My coworker and I bother ordered online from this location. They did not receive her order and when she showed them the order confirmation and that they took her money, they did not care and refused to make her order. They then began to yell at us that it’s not their fault they didn’t receive her order. I asked if they could just look at her order and make it because they took her money and she had a confirmation on her phone. They then began screaming at us that “it’s a 3rd party system and we won’t get paid if we never received the order. What about my money? I can’t make an order I don’t have” This was the first time both her and I had been at Mr Hero and it will also be our last. The food I got wasn’t even that great and my fountain drink was warm on top of the experience we had.

Terrible food. Got the zest bacon swiss. Didnt have anything but some dried out meat that looked like gyro meat and mayonaise, where was the rest of my toppings!!! I ate half the sandwich and threw out the other half because it made me sick. I love Mr.Hero and I’ve had amazing sandwiches but never from this location.
