Food was pretty good except the breaded mushrooms. They were soggy, extremely chewy, and looked alien like inside. Very soft & inedible, but the breading on them was flavorful.

one she don’t speak English very hard to understand the food was horrible. The bread was soggy for some reason. The onions were old you can see through them. Tomatoes were soggy as hell. The fries just didn’t look right. I threw them away will not be returning there and I don’t advise anybody else to go there. It was terrible and she just kept staring at me for some odd reason.

If you’re going to eat at Mr. Hero’s, pick a different location than this one! I received horrible customer service at this North Randall location. The current staff is rude, disrespectful, unprofressional, and racist towards African Americans. The female employee taking my order walked away from the register while I was placing my order. She went into the back cooking area, then came back out, and leaned against the counter with her arms folded. When I asked about her completing my order, she rolled her eyes at me and spoke to me in a language that wasn’t English. A male employee nearby saw what she did and came and took my order. While waiting for my food to cook, a white male customer came into the restaurant to place his order, and the female employee who had been rude and unprofessional towards me suddenly became welcoming and pleasant to the man and eagerly took his order. After she took his order, she went back to leaning against the counter, looking at me, saying things in her language, and rolling her eyes at me. When I would ask her about what she was saying to me, she would smirk at me and roll her eyes. When one of the other employees handed her a bag of food, she looked at the receipt on the bag and just sat the bag on the counter without calling anyone to get their food. The male employee that took my order called out to me and handed me my food. I asked him could I speak to a manager, and he responded that he was the manager. I spoke with him about receiving horrible customer service from the rude female employee, and he just shrugged at my complaint as if to say “so what.” So don’t give your money to this restaurant. They don’t know how to treat their customers, and they discriminate against African Americans, who also happen to be the majority of their customer base at this location (North Randall, OH).

The North Randall store has the flyers and posted inside restaurant for Buy One Get One but they don’t honor it. They say it’s not programmed in the computer. Manager not in store. I will go to a different store from now on!

My recent experience personally was horrible. I ordered a romanburger and the veggies on the sandwich tasted spoiled (they might have been). The fries or the cheese sauce tasted sour. It sullied me on every ordering from this location again. I’d rather just go to a different nearby location.
