This location gets worse every time I eat here. The mobile app took my payment but the order was never processed so no food. I had to call corporate to get a refund. Now they won’t take call in orders either. When I order in person, the purple haired woman make you feel like you’re an inconvenience and the other woman was too busy talking on her Bluetooth to hear me ask for condiments when I received my order. And now the real kicker, the fountain drink machine. The most profitable thing in fast food, so they don’t want you to refill.

“You ordered a *lot* of food.” I hadn’t opened my mouth or even finished wiping my feet but the cashier was displeased with me. I tried to explain that I knew I was early and not in a hurry. She was having none of it. “Only a white person,” she said to the cook, which was odd because she, herself was white.
The food, to the cook’s great credit, was very well done, hot, fresh, and fast. Out of 7 sandwiches we had 1 with no cheese, and 1 with no mayo or lettuce, and both were done correctly and labeled to boot. Stick to the core menu offerings, Romanburgers (smaller than they used to be but just as good) and waffle fries. The fried chicken sandwich is better (crunchier) than the nuggets or tenders.
As I recieved the bag over the counter I said “So quick, thanks.” The cashier spit out the most sullen “Have a blessed day.” you can imagine, and then “No appreciation at all.” as she headed to the back. I hope she has the day she deserves, rather than the $20 cash I had ready in my pocket as a holiday tip. I personally will be finding another Mr. Hero location, as we’ve always have excellent service from the south Asian gentleman in the past.

Christa, the lady at the counter, provided terrible customer service. She was already on the phone complaining about not taking a cigarette break when she took my order. Instead of hanging up, she stayed on the phone. When I tried to use a coupon and explain its purpose, she made me pay for my sandwich and informed me that I couldn’t use the coupon unless I brought another sandwich. I wouldn’t recommend ordering food while she’s there; she seems visibly upset about being at work. By the way it was already no customers before I walked in so I’m not sure what her problem may have been.

This is a sit down establishment and there was not a restroom available. They close at 9 and they asked us to wrap it up at 8:10 so they could clean. They should change their hours so you can leave early

On April 8, 2025 I went to this Mr. Hero on my lunch break. I ordered a Hot Buttered Cheese Steak with no onions. I got back to my desk to eat my lunch. I ate my waffle fries and then started to eat my sandwich. I opened my sandwich up to make sure I didn’t have onions. I know I should have looked before I left Mr. hero. To see a moth fly out my sandwich is nasty!!! and the meat was old. This tells me that the sandwich was already made and just refrigerated. It wasn’t fresh at all!!! Please got get anything from this location!!

This place smells so bad I left without ordering. Nobody greeted me after a moment or two so I just decided to walk out. The smell is hard to describe, but it just doesn’t feel clean or appetizing at all. Maybe it’s from some sort of cleaning product? I don’t know, I have never smelled a restaurant like that before. This location gave me cold soggy fries that were already sitting in the window before I arrived. They also only gave me the butt pieces of the fries( the end pieces with skin covering one side) Also the lettuce on the Romanburger was wilted brown and disgusting. Lastly I never got my cheese sauce but the fries weren’t edible anyway.
