Food really sucked tonight. My husband was told that they no longer put crispy onions on the Smokehouse Brisket. The receipt said we asked for no crispy onions. Most of the cheese was on the side of the box. And the sandwich was COLD! So cold!!

I travel for a living and have to eat fast food all the time. This is EASILY the worst Arbys I’ve ever been to. The fact that the owner thinks Ashley is a “shift manager” is a joke. I walked in Sunday, 4/27 at 3pm and a tall black guy (employee) and Ashley were sitting at a dining room table. She slowly waltzed over to the register as I stood ready to order. She had her cellphone on her, was super dismissive and seemed MISERABLE. I looked at the floor behind the counter and there was food & garbage everywhere. I got my drink cup and went to the beverage area and it was NASTY. I took a quick pic. No napkins. My food was cold. You can see the cheese in the pic isn’t melted and is solid cold. While I ate, Ashley and the tall black guy on drive thru sat back down in the dining room talking loudly like high schoolers in a cafeteria (vs cleaning up any of the nasty messes everywhere). Using inappropriate language. What a joke. My uncle is one of the Arby’s VPs and I’ve never sent him a bad report before but this was so awful, I had to.

12/18/25 this is the 2nd time this week that we have visited this Brannon crossing location in the evenings and the food was not edible both times. The potato cakes where hard as a rock and the meat was very dry. We eat Arby’s at least twice a week but I believe we’ll be visiting the tatescreek rd location for a while. That location has never disappointed us. The Brannon crossing location is just more convenient for us.

They forgot part of the order for my daughter. After I called they only gave me an option to come back for the food. Once I did go back the lady who handed me my food told me I was mistaken that she gave it to me. I asked why it was so hard to make sure before an order was handed to anyone that each item couldn’t be verified in the bag and got no response other than they were short staffed. I did only see 3 people there but if it’s that bad shut the doors and be done. Don’t cheat your customers out of food they paid for!!!

Never the most pleasant experience here, every time I come through I feel I’m a bother to them but this last time was kind of the worst, I asked for the strawberry pie they said it was gonna be a 7 min wait and I agreed… I get the pie say thank you nothing said back. Get half way home and get the pie out and this is what I see.. broken smashed and inedible unless I have a spoon. You can not convince me this wasn’t intentional how a freshly fried pie gets this smashed without someone doing it on purpose is beyond me. Yes I made sure I had only grabbed the upper part of the bag and it sat in the seat next to me unharmed. I tried calling and they refuse to answer the phone so I’m just done with this location as it’s the only one I’ve had constant issues . I guess asking them to fry this pie really upset them ♀️

Best chocolate shake, hands down. My roast beef sandwich was pretty pitiful. I envisioned the old school beef and cheddar. That’s not what I got.

I would have liked to give a higher rating. Our cashier/order taker was very pleasant.
However, my sandwich was cold in the middle and the fries were lukewarm. Plus the soda machine was turned off.
All in all not a good experience.

Ordered a chicken bacon swiss combo, reg roast beef sandwich, 4 piece chicken nugget, super roast beef sandwich with no sauce, and a lg fry. The fries were old and barely warm. You could tell they had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time. The super roast sandwich had 3 slices of roast beef and sauce on it. The chicken on the chicken sandwich was old and cold. 3 of the 4 chicken nuggets were cold and hard. 1 of them was hot. For the $29 I paid I expect the food to be hot and fresh. This was the worst food I have ever had from any arby’s. I would give it a zero if I could.

Can’t get a simple order right then the manager wants to argue about it when you tell her that it was wrong and things were left out of the bag. Like a whole 2 sandwich’s. Then gets hella rude when you tell her you’ll deal with the store manager not her rude self.

I had a coupon for a free Grand Turkey Club. I didn’t even know Arby’s had anything other than roast beef and I was happily surprised by how good this sandwich was. The bread tasted extremely fresh and the turkey was very tender. All the flavors from the bacon, mayo, cheese, tomato and lettuce blended perfectly with the turkey. This was probably the best fast food sandwich I have ever had. The restaurant was clean and the design is very modern looking and makes you feel like you’re in a big city. It was a bit quiet in there though; you could hear the employees in the back from all the way in the dining room. The employees were nice, but not above and beyond friendly; definitely good enough though.
