Two other people waiting in front of me for a long time. I called ahead a half hour before showing up was told it would be ready in ten minutes..not only did it take three people to just take my order, literally had three different people ask me what I wanted and they still didn’t get it right. And they gave me cold cheese that’s very unsatisfying if you ask me I’ll make food at home next time. Bread is nice and dry p I ly yesterdays…wouldn’t recommend this mr hero to a dog

Absolutely under no circumstance ever order from the store the first time I ordered my food on the app they charged me 3× second time I attempted to try to order Food again it charged me multiple times I went into the store to let them know what was going on. The owner himself was there and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation or do anything that is customer service related he could have done anything to fix the situation it chose not to so instead in order for me to get food, I had to pay double. As a business owner, you should be ashamed of yourself. You could’ve done anything to fix this and been a good business.

The onions on the Roman Burger taste like they were cut and refrigerated a month ago, you can literally SMELL how rancid they are. I guess they aren’t aware of the health hazard and massive bacteria growth on onions that are cut and refrigerated for so long health department needs to check this one out. I ordered from Mr. Hero for the 1st time tonight. I when I got home I realized I didn’t have a second fry with my other meal. I gave them a call and they were very kind about giving me an extra fry. I soon realized that the fry was actually with the kids meal and that I had picked up an extra fries without needing them. Needless to say I feel dumb.
