Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice. The food was fresh and awesome. Then we also had brownies and that was really good as well. Great atmosphere with really nice people.

Friendly ppl, but if I didn’t know better I’d say this roman burger was warmed up from yesterday.. I just spent $55 there and I’m disgusted with the soggy bun, brown lettuce, and shriveled tomato. Gross. The fries were soggy as could be too. I won’t go back to this location. It’s like they gave me an order that someone didn’t pick up or something.

Just picked up dinner for my family. My mushrooms were burnt and inedible and after calling the store on Tower Boulevard was told it was their grease, and then that I would have to bring my receipt back to the store and the product. I was home and did not feel like going back out. They don’t take your name number and credit you for your next visit. $35 dollars of buyer beware. I will never go back to this store ever ever again. Great customer service, I think not!!!!

One of my favorite Mr.Hero’s. The workers are always friendly. Food is always amazing. I order online to avoid the drive thru line and my order has been 99% correct. Considering I order several items with special instructions once a month for the last… well too long, and they’ve only missed my drinks one time (and I never order drinks before this), I definitely recommend them.

In the past, this location used to have a great portion of meat on their subs. Now I think k it has dwindled down to bare minimum. The guy who owns it is very nice, but the lady working there is aweful. I had a coupon that I didn’t realize was for another location. I would have gladly apologized and put it back in my pocket, but instead the woman ripped it up. My fries had been soggy quite a few times. At first this location proved me wrong about a gas station Mr. Hero, but now it has put itself into the stereotype of not being worth it. The woman’s attitude overshadows everything in my opinion.
