We went there a few months ago a got the best sub I’ve had in a long time. Today we got some subs for dinner and so far, it’s the worst I’ve ever had. First off, the regular size is so much smaller than last time, bread taste under cooked, all the cheese is stacked to one side… it’s just a hot mess of a sandwich that doesn’t taste good and looks just as bad. I genuinely feel like I got ripped off of my $10’s and my dinner. I won’t be looking forward to eating a “this” Mike’s. Shame.

Lack of organization and the pure chaos with zero direction makes this place less than desirable. The food wasn’t very good either. I don’t know what i was expecting, but the chicken Philly was incredibly bland.

Went in Sunday Aug 25th about 4pm waited almost 40 minutes for 2 cold subs after ordering due to making every door dash service before me even ones that came through after me ordering got made before mine.
Size of a regular sub has gotten smaller as price increases ( standard steak knife is bigger).
Only 3 staff working 1 guy cutting meats for subs but not helping with toppings as guy doing toppings is overwhelmed with other dude just piles on more subs for him to finish while 1 girl worked the grill.
Store was dirty can tell it hadn’t been cleaned all day. Corporations cutting corners by not having enough staff to handle in store orders like myself plus the delivery services orders make for unpleasant visits for costumers.
Been going to this location since it opened an today was my last visit.

Ive been to this location 4 times. Everytime there has been an issue. Do you guys know what a banana pepper is? Because I get pickles every time instead of banana peppers. Thats 3 times now this happened. The 4th time they gave my order to someone else as I stood there and got ignored as I told them they were giving the guy the wrong subs and I had to sit there another 15 mins for them to remake my order. Thats the only time they could actually figure out banana peppers apparently

Bad management…We placed a catering order days before the date for pick up at 2pm on 11/22. We call the morning of to confirm and push back the pickup date to 4pm. We come in to pick it up around 4:20pm and the boys that worked there had question marks over their heads when we came in to pick up 60 subs. They said they didn’t know about a catering order for 5 boxes of subs, an hour before a big event of ours. So we were left scrambling to feed 50 people, that we had trusted Jersey Mike’s to cater for us…

SO DISAPPOINTED!
This is the 2nd time I’ve gone to the Raynham shop, thought I’d give it another try as it gets good reviews. Nope! We got 2 “giant” subs both with Extra Meat. One was Portabello Mushrrom Cheese Steak, the other was just Cheese Steak. I attached pix! For $42, we just got mostly white French bread!! WAY OVER SALTED, 1 jalepeño in each, 2 pieces of pepper in each, a few scattered strips of grilled onion and loaded cheese and NO MUSHROOMS!!!! SO MAD to pay hard-working money on a tired Fri night order-in and be incredibly disappointed! Plus we went through Postmates by Google, subs arrived cold! Overall Paid $53 for two subs!!! RIPOFF!! Gave $4 tip on receipt when ordered. If delivery is good I give more cash at door, but No Way! Ordered at 5:50pm, Delivered at 7:25pm with NO knock at door!! Can’t even rate them because their rate system is down!!! Never going to Jersey Mike’s or using Postmates again! Waste of good money!! Wanted my money back but I ended up throwing my sandwich out, wouldn’t even it give it to my dog! Unbelievable!

Been to plenty of Jersey Mikes as they almost always make a good sub. Sadly Rayhnam is definitely not one like the rest. I’ve ordered a couple times through DoorDash and even visited this location once. Never have got my order right online, usually something small like onions when I asked for none. The one I ordered today is on bread that’s disgusting and falling apart, hardly any lettuce at all, and I asked for no vinegar and got vinegar. Really the worst one I’ve been to which is sad because it’s close and most others are normally good.

Management needs to get a hold on this location myself and several other customers waited for sandwiches for about 20-25 minutes because of the chaos going on in the back extremely unorganized and inefficient. It became so bad that new customers coming in were getting there sandwiches before ours because the staff didn’t no the order of ordering

The workers here were amazing. Sandwich tasted delicious. Service couldn’t have been better. Came in with a friend at the end of a long day before closing, the guy behind the counter still had a smile on his face and was honestly a great employee.
