I drive by almost daily by this place, and I thought it was going to be one of those places that are still open and didn’t have good food.
I was wrong.
The menudo is pretty much the best thing. It’s almost every Sunday or Saturday that I go grab one.
For a small one is $6.50 well served with the toppings on the side.
You must bring cash, they don’t have an electronic account. They have an ATM inside, but I don’t know what their withdrawal fee is.
These last two weekends that I’ve been there, it was at full capacity for a small business. I haven’t tried the rest of the menu, as I am only going for the menudo. But soon, I’ll edit this post once I’ve tried something else.

Oh all around bad..sheesh stop in for a break burrito first of was expensive and to top it of burrito was horrible..got a Chile releno and bean burrito. Chile releno was hard all around at the ends. Took the lady bout 20 minutes to hand me my burrito. Then as I kept eating to see when I would get to the chile releno finally found a little piece of Chile n cheese. Don’t recommend to expensive for horrible food

I’ve passed by this place for years and decided to give it a shot. The last taking orders really needs to find a different job. It was loud in there because of the TV they had playing in the back for the cooks, and I couldn’t hear what she was saying so I said “mande?” and she looked at me like I was asking her for the biggest favor in the world.
The whole transaction was as if I was bothering her. NO OTHER CUSTOMERS were in the restaurant. I got my food and asked for salsas and again, same attitude like I was taking so much time away from her. Food wasn’t great either. Will not be going back.

First table at sat at had huge nasty looking flies. Went to a second table pulled out the chair and table was full of ants all over . Third table we sat down and there were spiders walking up the wall, i should of walked out but i thought it would be rude since we had already ordered all the plates. When we paid we where leaving we wr offered a candy like if it wr a mint at the register. I said thank you we each took one. Worst idea EVER i thought up after this . I ate mine and as we all put them in our mouths my mothers candy had DEAD ANTS STUCK ON THE CANDY. This place need to be visited by the health inspectors.

I asked about the desebrada – sounded good, she said it was in green sauce not red, so ok I’ll try it, she then asked if I wanted beans added to which I said no thank you just the meat or so I thought, it comes with more potatoes than meat. If I’d known it was cut with potatoes I’d have said no thank you. I can get potatoes anywhere. Very dissatisfied, not going back not recommending. Seems like you have to be very specific about what you want.

Our favorite restaurant in El Paso. Homemade tortillas made into many different burritos. The flautas were excellent and served with sour cream and creamy guacamole. Yum

The thing about this place is that THEY DONT ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT! Huge mistake to have to tell your customers to head on down the street to Circle K and use the ATM. What a inconvenience. I had the Menudo and it was ok the hominy wasn’t fully ready just yet. Simple basic menudo. Not impressed by this whole in the wall.
