It’s been 22 years since I last lived in Austin and prior to leaving Mr Gattis was my favorite spot to get a pepperoni pizza. Now that I’m back I have been disappointed and dishearten because of all the new business that have pushed out the old ones. Thank goodness I found one but it’s about 6 miles away from my parents house. It still tastes just like before I left! The area though is not the nicest and the service needs a little bit more energy and some down to earth personality.

So I order a pizza and salad. The staff is very Ruben. The guy on the cash register did not say hi he just started talking saying “what’s your order” and he had on dark sunglasses the hole time. He had to ask me twice what my name was and my pizza sat on the rack the whole time I was there(a total of 15 minutes). So when I got my pizza it was cold and I will not go back to that location again.

I have had to order pizza for the non-profit I work for several times. When I looked at ordering from another pizza business, they required me to come to their physical location to place the order. Gatti’s made it super easy to set up our tax exempt status over the phone, and every time I’ve ordered since, they still have our non-profit’s tax exemption status saved. I had not realized how great that was until I looked at a different company. So if you are ordering pizza for a non-profit, I highly recommend Gatti’s! They have great customer service and the pizza is great quality and price too.

The sweetest lady works here!. Fast service and great customer service. It’s gattis, this ain’t no 5 star dining, it’s pizza. Get over it. My food was great and I will come back. Extra pepperoni is the way to go. This thin crust had its crunch, and was worth it’s price. $15 bucks is not bad for a large pizza.

The pizza is good arguably the best out of the big companies (pizza hut, little ceasers, dominos, etc.) and the lady at the front is really kind and the limited time deal i got was amazing.

This is the favorite place for me and my kids to order even though we had a misunderstanding with the driver delivering our pizza we came right back here and Mr gatti’s the manager Bobby super nice excellent customer service made it right for me and my kids thank you so much

I placed an order for the 2,2,2 special at 7:14pm it did not arrive until 10:40pm I called numerous times to be told it was on its way and the manager Erica could not give a time it would be delivered. On top of that it was not my order and it was super cold and hard. They didn’t even send my soda but the driver did offer to stop by the store to buy us one. Customer service was horrible as well as the management (Erica). The driver was not even supposed to be driving she stated she just stop by the job and it was her day off… She however was super apologetic. I took pictures of the horrible pizzas they gave me. I should have just gone with a frozen pizza from HEB….. I will give the driver 10 stars but only the driver…. 4/29/18

Just ordered a medium pan crust pepperoni pizza with a side order of garlic sticks. I didn’t receive the pizza, but instead got two orders of bread sticks. What a joke. Spent over $30 including tips. This happened 10 minutes ago and I don’t have the patience to even drive back over there. Incompetence at its finest.

Ordered a meat market pizza and requested that bacon be added. Got a cheese pizza with some bacon on some of the slices. The thing that gets me is that it’s bad enough they didn’t give me the other topings at all but they couldn’t even put bacon on every slice. Lol like who are they hiring that thinks this is okay?
