3 piece: 2 breast, 1 wing – extra crispy for $13 with a large drink, regular mashed potatoes and gravy & biscuit. The wait on the extra crispy took a while but it was very hot and fresh when I got it. The bathroom was available and clean. Local people were enjoying themselves in the lobby.

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING THIS PLACE NO MATTER WHAT YOU ORDER!!! Would give 0 stars if an options. Ordered a 2 Pc chicken meal and got 3 tacos instead. Wasn’t even anyone else in the drive-thru line so not sure how you mess this up. Never had a good experience at this place the few times we’ve been but was craving comfort food on a snowy day.

Employees that work there seem like they could care less about their jobs. Seem to treat the place as a hang out spot as they choose to chat amongst themselves rather than helping the customers in line. We were there to pick up an online order today and 4 employees continued to walk back and forth ignoring us and a dad and his son over and over again. After about 5 minutes I peeked into the Togo order in the bay, luckily it was my order. No name was written on the bag and cups were on the counter so we grabbed two and walked out.
The last time we went we ordered at the drive through, paid and were asked to pull around the corner, im guessing so it looks better to corporate with their alloted time frames. As we pulled around there were 6 other cars waiting for their food!! Food was cold when it came out.

If you want to order food a head of time and wait for it or order food at the drive thru and wait for it come here this is the KFC for you. Worst attitude workers especially the long blonde hair lady with glasses. Everyone walks past you and doesnt even ask you if you need help. ZEROOOOOOOOO STARS IF I COULD. Can this place get a better manager???

I have come here several times, different days, and different time of day. I always have to try to flag down an employee for my drink cup and the order is incorrect about 60% of the time. Usually the food is alright, typical lack of care fast food. But recently it’s been worse. The fiesta potatoes now come blackened and burned, my grilled cheese burrito ungrilled, and a quesadilla with only half cheese. Which is crazy since there is never more than two customers inside and two in the drive through. I’ve watched employees argue with high school kids about incorrect orders and employees on break swearing/yelling in the lobby.
Not to mention if you go through the drive through they always have you pull around to make their times look better to corporate.
I love Taco Bell, it’s my guilty pleasure. But I’m actually going to stop having it because the rotten service, missing food, and badly cooked food.

Location is horrifically short staffed. Me and at least 3-4 other guests have been here for over 45 minutes. Looking back into the kitchen, I watched one worker spend about ~6 minutes to flip 4 6th pans and two 3rd pans, chatting with fellow employees, no focus at all. I watched the window woman stop working, and start using her phone while the store was packed out, showcasing either a lack of cross training or a lack of desire to work hard. Just embarrassing, and DOORDASHER MUST DECLINE ORDERS FROM THIS LOCATION. You are killing you’re hourly if you accept.

I just went in & ordered a crunchwrap. Got home to find it was supreme I am allergic to dairy. Once I s rapped out all the stuff I couldn’t eat I found there wasn’t even a teaspoon worth of beef. This place SUCKS!!!! Gets it wrong every single time not sure why I bother.

We went for lunch here. There is plenty of parking and easy ramp accesses. No automatic door that i could see. The tenders were good, the biscuits were good, but the fries were a bit soggy and the chicken nuggets were like popcorn chicken pieces. The pieces of chicken were very oily and took lots of napkins to eat. Summary then? Order a biscuit, some tenders, and a Pepsi. Or just a tenders meal I guess. The 20 meal box came in little boxes. I would have preferred the large open box as displayed as the food obviously looked great in that picture. I’m not sure I would come back here.

I love kfc but this new Korean BBQ mac n cheese bowl is gross. Idk if it’s the way it was made or if it’s just doomed from the start. The puddle was worse before I tried mixing it then realized that was a bad idea.
