The food is good and the wait time to enter was not bad. The game room needs an upgrade on some of the machines. And I almost tripped on the carpet by the bumper cars because it’s coming up. The restrooms don’t have doors on the entrance so when you walk by to the game room or sit on the benches it smells like pee. We’ve been going to this location for years and my kids love it but it does need some attention.

Cashier is always friendly as you come and also as you leave. Plenty of food, fresh variety of pizzas, never cold, choice of chicken noodles out broccoli cheese soups, fresh and assorted salad bar. Love that buss boy is always on top of keeping dining are nice and clean. Well kept and clean bathrooms. Only dissatisfaction are parents who have no control over their children, allowing them to roam all over and so wasteful with food. We have a Mr. Gatti’s closer to me but was very disappointed both times visited. I rather drive all the way to McAllen location. My husband and I have always had a great experience dining here. Thank you staff and management.

The food had no flavor, tasted like if it was cold and just pre-heated. Doesn’t accept debit cards the machine was broken and there is metal utensils, and I don’t want to use utensils that other people had used

Went in today, food looked great, tasted good, only thing was the girl in the front that charged us didn’t greet me nor my family that came in an hour prior. Had a additude the whole time from me being the one to greet her and her not saying a word to charging me without a word.
Brought this to the attention of my family and they said they had the same interaction with her.

We’ve been a few times. It’s decent food for a kids place. We had my sons 6th birthday here. Staff was very helpful. It was decently priced. They have a piñata cage which was a blast & excellent way to break up the time for the party so the kids ask for less $$ for tickets. I would recommend this location – I have no complaints.
