The spread was awesome, we had never had Columbian food before but it was quite good, it tastes familiar in a way that a lot of different cuisines don’t (try the chicken Empanada and you’ll see what I mean). The food was well cooked and beautifully presented, from my Ohio perspective I initially thought it was pricey but when you see all of the components you get with each entree it actually seems like they might be under charging (you’re easily getting two meals out of at least the dishes we got assuming you try appetizers). There is also some very unusual looking flavor combos such as a tuna stuffed pastry with a peanut sauce on it that sounds like it shouldn’t be good but was actually quite delicious and addicting.

Please go and try them out. I went there Saturday. I ordered Sopa Mariners (Seafood Soup), chaulafan, which is rice with veggies mixed with chicken, beef, and scrambled egg, and mix bolon, which is a fried green plantain mixed with fried pork and cheese. The food was good, and the portions were supersized. The juice is 1/2 litter. I will come back to try other dishes. Note they are a little salty, but my daily diet is very low sodium, therefore might be different for others. In the region, prices based on the serving, I believe, are fair. I want to thank them for being upfront with their payment options. Personal note, they offered Ecuadorian crabs; however, I wouldn’t say I liked it. They add flavor to the dish but are never the same when you eat them fresh.

Terrible food, the ceviche is the worst, the chifles were from the day before and the service is terrible (20% tip mandatory) I was there for early lunch and it was not a good experience. The cooks are not Ecuadorian during week days for sure. This place has potential but they need to keep the good cooks every day not just weekends and improve the attitude of the waitresses. Ecuadorian food is delicious and this place is doing a horrible job representing it. It almost seems that the owner wants to turn it as a Colombian place.

Top 5 in the tri-state area. Drove in from Queens NY, you would think I would find a good enough Ecuadorian restaurant at most a bus ride away. But nope. To the point where my family avoids Ecuadorian restaurants nearby. Finding this place made the bridges and tunnels, along with the tolls worth the trip. Service was good. Sure it could have been better but it was welcoming. Food was like if someone took their grandma’s recipe and applied chef techniques. But not in the too fancy for its own good. In the way you can bring your grandma and she’ll be impressed and still enjoy the food. The menu is interesting. I spent some time in Guayaquil, and looking at their offerings was kinda the all stars of things you’ll find on street carts, family gatherings, and classics. Honestly if it wasn’t for the distance I would go regularly instead of just showing off for visiting family members.

Absolutely atrocious service. The attitude from all the servers was appalling. Waited over an hour for our drinks. They wouldn’t even bring us tap water. We asked them multiple times if they could just please bring us water at least while we wait and they would just rudely dismiss us. Granted, it was super busy so we were willing to wait for the food. When I finally couldn’t wait anymore I politely expressed my dissatisfaction to the head waitress but not once was she sympathetic or apologetic. We left without a drop of water or food after all that wait. I’m Ecuadorian and wanted to fully support this “establishment” but I cannot support such crass and crude behavior.

The food was good, the service on the other hand needs to improve, too slow and it was not a busy day l would recommend the food, and the place’s presentation I traveled from NY to NJ, one and a half hour because it came highly recommended

The food tasted amazing, the only thing I would recommend would be, to serve better quality of meat, even if they have to charge more. We got don Bollo and churrasco Ecuatoriano; strongly recommend!

Went with my parents for their first time, I ordered a fish filet wich was extremely salty, requested a second one without salt and the second ones was worst. They didnt apologized or asked questions at all. The other 2 dishes were good. No customer service skills at all.
