We had a doordash order for a customer for your company and nobody was in the building 20 minutes later the girl was outside smoking no I’m sorry I didn’t see you know nothing not a good look for your company.. now I have to bring my customer food it should have took us 5 minutes not 20 so I suggest doordashers if you want your food in a timely manner to your customers don’t pick up at Mr Gatti’s Pizza

update 1.26.25 they never got back to me even after asking me to email them – I emailed them 4 times following up to no response.
Got my order wrong for delivery. Put the wrong toppings and barely any cheese. Salad was barely anything considering the price and they forgot my extra ranch I paid $2.50 for.

Was okay. Kids would probably like it. I ordered beef, and the pizza just seemed old. Order pineapple on accident, and it was OK. Ordered the cheese bread, again just ok. The pepperoni rolls are the only thing I would re-order. Sauce $1.99 each. My order came with 2. I assumed they’d be in the box, but nope.

Pizza was fresh and delicious! I was a little put off by the drink cups being lip down on the same counter top people touch and money touches. The team person put our cups up against his belly to carry over to drink dispenser, and he kept flipping back his hair with his hands that handles our food and drink. Nice person, just needs some more training!
