We’d grown tired of eating sub-par pizza. Then we found Mr. Gatti’s. Quality ingredients. Old school sauce. Timely, competent and friendly service! Keep up the great work, and thank you for making us excited about eating pizza again!

Mr. Gatti’s was a culinary misadventure I won’t soon forget. The sauce was a watery mess with a bizarre, off-putting flavor that clung to my taste buds like a bad memory. The pizza wasn’t undercooked, and the dough was okay quality, but I couldn’t get over the taste.
Mr. Gatti’s is structured like a fast-food joint, but the service took too long (20+ minutes). For that time and money, I could’ve dashed to Little Caesar’s and snagged a cheaper, tastier pie that doesn’t leave me questioning my life choices. Insultingly, the register asks for a tip (despite no real service being offered) and you must manually set the tip to 0 if you prefer not to tip.
The lone heroine behind the counter was juggling orders, phone calls, and a growing line of hungry, impatient souls. It’s a new place, so I will be generous and say they’re still understaffed.
Your business is better spent at a spot that pays its servers well enough that you aren’t funneled into subsidizing their wages with a tip.

The kid working the counter did not seem to know what he was doing. We had to tell him our order three times and he still out in in wrong. The pizza we got was not what we ordered….and even though we waited while it was made, it came out cold.

Went in to get the half off deal that said available instore or online. Clerk didn’t know hoelw to apply it and management told him to have me order it online. No effort to help apply discount. Told clerk other will probably ask for the discount. Didn’t seem to care
