Honestly, a pretty good experience. Long wait for the food if you sit at the bar, though. Very few seats. Of all the hot food choices, this seemed the best. All of the sit down restaurants seem to be rated pretty low. Probably best to go to something more convenient and fast. I just happened to have time and wanted a burger.

Stopped by Chili’s inside the airport for a quick bite near our gate. Service took longer than expected, and we had to wait a while to receive our order. The food was decent, though not exceptional, and the wait made it feel a bit rushed for a pre-flight stop. It’s convenient for a casual meal, but if you’re short on time, plan accordingly.

Chili’s, at 9051 West Charleston Blvd. Come here a lot because the food is pretty good and have had good service until yesterday 02/17/25 when the server/bartender was not very pleasant from beginning to end and when I asked for assistance cause the bill was incorrect, he acted as if he really didn’t want to help. Then left my chicken sandwich, fries & drink, completely uneaten due to the fact that I was full from the tortilla chips, guacamole, and salad. I just thought I’d eat it later, but I left it in a to go box on the table by mistake. Got home and realized I left it so I called and talked to the manager around 12:00 PM and he said sorry, it’s been thrown away and there’s nothing we can do. What crappy service. I couldn’t believe that. Do not recommend coming here for lunch at this time ever again. At least, don’t sit by the bar. This guy was crappy to everyone. Oh, and if you’re a senior citizen, ask for the discount because they definitely will not suggest it to you. Chicken sandwich photo not available. Not the chef’s fault for lousy service. Food was still good.Great chicken fingers but probably won’t ever come back. Lousy service.

Unfortunately I didn’t check the reviews before entering here. It’s about 2.5, and am not at all surprised. Firstly, the food was too salty. Service was lousy and the waiter had brought the check with tip percentages/amounts circled so you don’t miss it – downright cheap. I was told to make a payment by card or by QR code. I paid through the QR code since I wanted to use Apple Pay. When I was about the leave the hostess seemed to be in disbelief and suggestively looked at me as if I didn’t pay!!! Ridiculous. Am surprised this place is still around.
Also food was salty and not worth the money.

This was the worst’s chilis I’ve ever ate at. The bartender with the nasty rat tail was a very rude bartender. He spend his time making me feel stupid? Like I’m confused does he not work for his tips? I also ordered breakfast with the lady with the claw clip took her sweet time to do anything. My food was cold and there was hair on my bacon. Don’t eat here. You’ll get better and faster service and dunkin and Starbucks

Always packed and a good time. The bartender is an amazing human. Asked for a hot toddy and he went across the way to find honey for my drink. Above and beyond. Haven’t tried to food yet because….you know it’s a wait but Nev is a delight.

She is cool as hell and real. Talking with her wasn’t like a, oh she does this because it’s her job, it’s, she is genuine and so easy to talk to. Funny and fun and had a good atmosphere at the bar. If I end up back in this airport, I hope she’ll be here again!

My wife and I had breakfast this morning there at the D 38 gate. The server that we had was absolutely great while others stood around not assisting her. She had seven tables. The other employees did absolutely nothing to help her until the other server arrived. I asked for scrambled eggs with cheese and I cant even describe what the intention and or the presentation was supposed to be.The potatoes were not hot and the bacon tasted like it was from a previous day. They need to have food safety training and also training on how to prepare it correctly. Hot food should be 165 degrees not 90. Someone could potentially get sick.
