This place was GENUINELY disgusting. The workers were very slow, hardly cleaned the tables and when they did the girl cleaner was throwing stuff into her cart??? Food was odd looking. Place looked dirty overall, especially the bathrooms. Many people have gotten food poisoning here, do not recommend.

We found this place during a Google search. The website is very very misleading. The buffet is very small and what pizza was on the buffet was cold. Good luck getting any fresh pizza! The arcade was a joke! This was our first and last time coming here.We drove 45 mins just too give it a try. Very disappointed for sure.

So, the family was under the impression i was taking them to a burger joint. As they scrolled through their devices on the 25 minute trip there, I gave no indication we were actually going to Mr.Gattis.
When the vehicle came to a halt and the hungry minds aligned with the surprise destination the air was filled with cheering, applause and happiness.
Everyone lined up at the buffet line to fill their plates with what they describe as some of the best pizza ever.(I don’t know if they mean it or not…but they say the same thing about Snappy Tomato in Mayfield,Ky ).
There was a modest selection of pizzas for everyone and 3 different pastas available on the hot bar.
As I started my plate build with what looked like an Italian spaghetti with oil, roasted tomatoes and red pepper… I finished it with a frame of breadsticks and made my wifes drink and delivered it as I sat down with everyone else.
The Olympics were playing on the big screen and the scene was friendly and welcoming.
And then…I had a fork full of what looked like an oiled Italian masterpiece only to find it had a higher pepper to oil ratio then I anticipated. As flames crept from my mouth to my abdomen, the heat spread quickly to my brain alerting me of the spicy undertaking I just committed myself to.
It was then , as my wife drank peacefully from her glass, I realized NO ONE else had a drink. In that moment, I realized I had failed in teaching my family the importance of having a drink available while dining…as I choked in response to the unexpected inferno, my wife’s glass rattled with the sound of bare ice cubes as she extracted the cool water from the bottom of what I was looking for to tame the heat.
So, that led the rest of my family to say, hey…we forgot to get a drink.
As we all got drinks and refilled my wife’s empty glass, I briefed everyone on the scovil rating of the pasta, so they were prepared.
It was great, I just wasn’t ready for the heat,lol.
The pizza was fresh and tasted just like Mr.Gattis pizza always has.
The salad bar was cool, fresh and full.
The kitchen staff politely asked us if we had any pizza requests.
And the game room was fully functional except for one game. The gameroom attendant was friendly, helpful and present. The ticket award ratio was perfect for my crew and after $20 worth of gaming, we cashed out and returned homeward with about 25 bouncy balls, a slithering plastic snake, a rubber pop-up gadget and 5 smiles from everyone.
I recommend Mr.Gattis in Murray for a great afternoon of pizza and family friendly entertainment.

I went to a birthday party with my son. I can honestly say that this place takes it away with service in the arcade!! Every single time has been very nice!
The girls behind the buffet were also very nice and fun!

The staff this date were not exactly friendly, not a very warm welcome. Pizza was what you would expect from a buffet. But don’t leave your fresh full plate of dessert pizza to get your drink refilled, the staff was very adequate at cleaning tables for the next guest. They threw our food away….then a 15 minute wait for more dessert pizza which didn’t come. Go to Mugsy’s hideout or Mister B’s. I promise you will be happier for it.

I can say that this place has gone down hill. I like how they have it where you can request pizza to be in the buffet in Murray KY, but that is the only thing I can personally say I like about it. I called to get the pricing for the buffet, and when someone finally answered my call after waiting, a girl on the other end was laughing and talking to someone for the first 10 seconds of me trying to talk. So, You walk in and you pay for your food. It’s not welcoming at all. It seems like the employees don’t enjoy their job, and it seems like they are just there to goof off and get paid to do absolutely nothing. It’s like you get your food and you sit down. No one cleans the used plates off of your table. Like they are supposed to do. I personally had to walk up to two workers who were just standing next to the room that you rent for a birthday party and ask for them to come and clean off our table. They were just standing there laughing having a good time, swinging their arms like they had nothing else to do. Then when I asked them, they had to ask which table I was at, and I had been there for the past hour and a half, WITH NO SERVICE. The Games in the back arnt even worth playing, most of them will eat your tokens, and not work. I had to pull employee twice today because the games had taken my kids tokens and didn’t even work. Yes, it is cheap compared to some all you can eat buffets in Murray, KY, but the truth is, if you would like to not get service at all, employees don’t even notice that your family of 5 there, the games suck, and you want to be treated like you are just cash coming through the door, then I’d go here, because that’s honestly the best way to describe it. We tried tonight for the 1st time..didn’t even know the Thursday night special was 2 buffets and soft drink for $13.99 ! There was a decent selection of pizza which was ok..but when they put out the thin crust ( I guess they were requests) were really good.The salad bar was perfect for me( but no Caesar salad for hubby) and the dessert pizzas were killer! The staff were super friendly as well and on top of everything!!
