Yummy bacon cheeseburger, fish sandwich, crispy onion rings, and delicious chocolate malt! Great stop on the side of the road with lots of parking and friendly service. Fish sandwich was similar to a McDonald’s sandwich. Burgers were small but very tasty! Onion rings were perfectly done!

Mr. Ed’s Drive-in is the perfect place to stop on our way back from float trips on the Niangua. They have burgers, shakes, ice cream, and all of the other amenities of a drive in burger shop. The curly fries are a must and don’t forget your flavored milkshake!

Ever since I went to Bennett Springs in March, I’ve been wanting to go here. Today, my dream came true and I expected good food. My expectations were right, and it looked and tasted great. The burger tasted like Strate’s, and the Onion rings were good as well. People going to or leaving Bennett Springs, stop here. It’s worth it.

Passing thru after hunting and was excited to give Mr. Ed’s a try because these places are usually super good. The burger was absolutely disgusting. Especially for the price they charge. It reminded me of the burgers you got in the school cafeteria. Frozen, unseasoned patties. If you are driving south, wait until you get to buffalo. If you are driving north, stop in buffalo before you get to Urbana.

Local restaurant off of State highway 65. Want a few places you can get good food and good ice cream for reasonable prices. Outdoor seating is also available at this venue. And if you like old timey ice cream shop looking diners this would be a good place to visit.

Must try curly fried crispy and right amount of salt perfect. Enjoyed shakes and burgers they were fresh. Establishment is traditional burger car hop food located out in middle of no where surrounded by fields and cows. I will be visiting again on my next trip to Urbana for buffalo mo.
