Food gets a 2. My wife and I always get a crab cake appetizer. Although she wasn’t here I decided to try it without her. Good thing she wasn’t here because on our list of crab cake ratings this would be last place. Could barely find crab in the crab cakes. Felt like I was eating mushy cornbread with butter, garlic in a hint of lemon. No presentation whatsoever. I ordered crawfish etouffee that also came with fried crawfish and dirty rice. The taste wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great at all. Just a gelatinous mush that I had to dig around in to find my crawfish tails. I think I’ve made better etouffee out of a box. I sat at the bar in my service was pretty good even though I never received a sauce that he said he would bring. Beer selection is all mainstream beer, nothing for the beer enthusiast. Add in two bottled beers and the tip and I got out the door for $75.

Beer was flat, tasted like water. We didn’t get our waters until 30 minutes later or so. They didn’t even give us the proper plate and no bucket to put our mess.

Mr. Crabby’s was chosen by my 11 yr old son as a reward for his hard work boxing. I am not a seafood person, but I was willing to try it out for him. When we walked in, we were greeted enthusiastically by a friendly waitress. The restaurant was nearly empty, so we got our choice of seats. The atmosphere was amazing! Everything was decorated in fisherman wharf style. It was dimly lit, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Very nice!
My son ordered the craw fish. The crawfish was fine, but the sausage that came with it was cold. The butter dip was flavorless. I am not a seafood lover, so of course, I ordered the chicken wings. They were horrible. That’s what I get for ordering chicken at a seafood restaurant. They tasted like fish, and the buffalo sauce was…….well, not Buffalo sauce. The cajun fries were ok. Nothing really wrong, just not amazing. No wonder the place was dead. We won’t be going back.
P.s. I also went to the restroom to wash my hands and almost passed out choking on the smell. Ruined my appetite.

Our first experience at Mr Crabby’s was absolutely fantastic, thanks in large part to our incredible server, Michael. From the moment we were seated, he made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Michael was not only friendly and attentive, but he also went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience.
He guided us through the menu with genuine enthusiasm, made thoughtful recommendations, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the seafood selections—which really helped since it was our first time here. His timing was perfect, his attitude was warm and professional, and he made sure every detail was just right.
It’s rare to find service that feels this personal and sincere. Michael truly elevated our evening, and we’re already looking forward to coming back—especially if we can be lucky enough to have him as our server again!

It is always an excellent experience when dining here. The food is some of the best in the area in terms of seafood, although my coconut shrimp could have used a touch more coconut. The service was also outstanding
