I got to be honest about what I eat this food I give it two stars because they only put the meat on the top of the rice because when you start eating down forward you only will find one of two pieces of meat. There should be meat mix with the rice to the last spoonful all I am trying to say they are very cheap with the meat.

First time here and the lady was rude. She looked at me like I was the problem. I asked if onions and bean sprouts come in the shrimp fried rice and the way she looked at me nodding her head saying yes all the rice has it. I said okay, and ordered and payed for it. I forgot to add an egg roll so I asked if I can add something else she gave me that look again and I ordered an egg roll. I pulled that card out and she put her hand over the machine and said no, minimum $7. Smh I just paid $10 for a small shrimp fried rice. I said okay and didn’t get it no cash on me. So when she called out my order I wanted extra sweet and sour 3 so I gave her 0.25 and she gave me two. I asked how much she said 0.10 a piece. Ladyyyyyy never mind and walked out. Customer service is horrible. I started eating the food and it had that burnt taste to it. To the garage it went, never ordering from them again‼️

Terrible customer service. Order was wrong multiple times and the lady yelled at me and gave a nasty attitude. Wouldn’t recommend at all food isnt good enough to be able to withstand such terrible customer service.

I have tried to support a community business, but the lady taking orders is very rude. My food set on the table for awhile before she called my number. I will seek out another Chinese establishment and not give my money to them.

My experience was horrible, I will never eat here again, they didn’t give me all my food and wen I called they gave me a run around,saying the boss was not in, therefore I will keep coming back until I speak with a boss. Horrible service with a attitude, the order taker was horrible too, treating people like this, I don’t know how they stay in business, I spent 64 dollars and to be treated like this, unacceptable, I will be making my phone calls to get this place shutdown sooner than later.

The rice was dry. I ordered xx spicy and was the complete opposite. The atmosphere is old and dirty looking. The kitchen looked clean. The cashier was not pleasant but she wasn’t mean. I ordered spicy wings and they were just wings with hot peppers. 4/10. Would not recommend.

My family has been going to this location for years. But for the past year till now it has gone down the drain. This experience showed me everyone doesn’t deserve a second chance. My previous order was not cooked throughly. I asked for beef fried rice & the rice was still white! I fixed it myself adding more soy sauce. My mistake was ordering from here after that situation. Same issue. But this time I came back to try to resolve the issue. The lady at the register & cook took NO accountability. Mistakes happen but to shift the blame to “ the rice is supposed to look like this” is ASININE! I wish I had a photo but I was too upset to even think about taking a picture. Multiple customers agreed that the rice isn’t supposed to look like mixed rice. They cooked the rice over but after all of that, who wants to eat from an establishment like this? NO MORE SECOND CHANCES.

This place sells rice like I was used to eating when I was little there was a place on east 79th street my mom would buy from and this place took me back to my childhood. Just a warning though. If you buy fried rice, try it out before adding soy sauce! Almost guarantee that you won’t need it. It has a lot of flavor!
