I don’t know how they do the Wednesday 3 piece chicken dinners for only $7.99. The Special comes with the 3 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, a delicious biscuit and coleslaw. It’s the best Special out there.

What a disappointment. Went through the drive thru this evening for my family’s dinner, quick and easy after a long day at work.
I ordered a 4 piece meal, all dark and a 4 piece meal all white. I paid the upcharge for the all white meal. I get home and I received 4 wings. I get a 4 piece meal should 2 wings 2 breasts but 4 flipping wings. Absolutely ridiculous. The mashed potatoes and gravy was so pasty you couldn’t even swallow it, definitely sitting in the styrofoam cup and warmer LONG after it should have been. It’s been awhile since we had Mr Chicken don’t think we will make the same mistake again.

The food was average.
Its cost a dollar to have sauce with 15 wings which is crazy work!!!!

Omg I am so freaking upset right now . I picked up my family dinner for tonight. The customer service was so horrible, two ladies working tonight so mean and had attitudes it was literally awful that i felt so un welcome. The food and handling were as terrible as well my entire bag and box ripped apart. Chicken was so greasy I toss it in the trash . There goes my money down the drain. Smh !!…

Stopped in for two 3pc dinners this evening and the chicken was horrible, dry & missing skin!
When calling in to let the staff know the young girl kept saying huh, what, huh? Then disconnected the call.
A few minutes later I called again asking to speak with a manager and was told there is no manager on duty, and no supervisor on duty.
I said that’s fine when will they be in and I was told tomorrow and I asked for the name of the manager I was told Tommy.
To management of this store and the store you need to take good look at your staff.
This was unacceptable for customer service.
Not sure what happened here used to be quick meal for the cost, now just over priced dry chicken that’s been sitting under a heat lamp.
Save the 18$ and make it at home.
I will not be recommending this store or returning.

So we came to Parma today and decided to eat at Mr Chicken… We live about an hour away south of Parma, the food was to die for…Especially the biscuits!! The atmosphere was amazing and the staff was so friendly!!! And don’t even get me started on the WHOLE experience!! So we definitely made memories today and I’m so glad we topped off the day with Mr Chicken!! ALSO Wanted to give a shout out to Paige she was a total sweetheart. We will definitely be back!!

Delicious chicken. Only my second time going and I now understand why there a decently long wait at the window. Ordered a 6 pc meal with a few sides of potatoes, coleslaw, and some gravy. Very tasty. I did only receive 5 pieces of chicken when I ordered a 6pc meal. Other then that no complaints. Seems everything is made to order. The seasoning and the breading are the best part!
