Was just exploring the city for the day, came looking for great banh mi and in my search, i came across this shop. Tasty sandwiches and the bread is just so delicate but firm enough to hold everything in place! I got 3 sandwiches and all were amazing, by far one of my favorite places for banh mi 🙂

They bullied two elderly individuals who visited the establishment to inquire about being charged for four orders of sandwiches but receiving only three, as she had given the cashier $40 and received $11 in change. The situation was particularly distressing, as my elderly mother and another elderly lady, who does not speak English and unfortunately did not retain the receipt, were unable to effectively communicate with the staff. Despite the presence of all employees, none of them offered assistance, instead choosing to believe the cashier’s account without reviewing the security footage to verify the events. The subpar customer service and mistreatment of elderly individuals with limited English proficiency led to my decision to discontinue patronage. It appears that the management lacks the necessary skills to effectively operate the business and address customer inquiries. The staff’s behavior suggested that they believed my mother was being dishonest about a $7 sandwich. It is perplexing that the owner did not take the initiative to review the security footage. While $7 may seem insignificant, the manner in which customers are treated is unacceptable. I would advise against patronizing this establishment, lest you experience similar treatment.

The amount of bubbles in their bubble tea is tragically sad. I was left with 1% amount of non existent bubble to drink ratio, nowadays I feel like getting bubble tea at frosty cafe cuz I miss their bountiful bouncy bubbles I was mislead by the name of the place since they are called Mr bubbles

I regularly visit Mr. Bubbles Sandwich House for their Vietnamese coffee boba smoothie, and it’s always a good deal. You get a generous 32 oz drink loaded with plenty of boba for what you pay. I’ve seen some reviews mention a lack of boba, but my guess is those visits happened later in the day when they were low on stock. The service is fast too, from ordering to getting your drink. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the mood for a boba boost.

Honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve eaten in a long time. Bubble tea was great as well. Only doing fours stars cause I feel like the sandwich could be packed a little more, I feel like they skimped a bit on the meat but my whole meal was like ten dollars so for what it was I would definitely come back. I was surprised by how good the bread was, perfectly toasted on the outside and soft on the inside. I rarely write reviews but this was great.

Absolutely delicious! I had only had Banh mi in Cali from a place all my Vietnamese friends recommended. Tried a few places here and this is the Only place i go to now to get Banh Mi sammies and bubble tea! I love their coconut bubble tea with tapioca! **Only thing is they no longer have seating to dine in. (JAN 2023) I don’t know if thats temporary but id check before planning to eat there vs just picking up.**
