I ordered two banh mi to go, which were quickly prepared. The garlic aioli paired nicely with the BBQ pork and pickled vegetables, and everything tasted fresh and well balanced. The baguette was slightly dry and could have used a bit more flavor, but it held up well. The space itself is simple and clean, with a nice glass wall art installation visible from inside that adds a touch of character to the otherwise minimalist setup. Overall, a solid spot for a quick lunch on the go. Would return.

Mr. Bubbles is fantastic! We went here to celebrate a friend’s AmeriCorps graduation and the Banh Mi are wonderful! The grilled pork is so tender and so much flavor. We also got the spicy curry tofu soup, so so good. They know flavor and the bubble teas are so good. So many flavor options and the lids are so cute. The staff is so friendly and helpful!

Delicious! I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba, and the passionfruit green tea. Both were amazing and so good. They serve 32oz as a large which is so much! But it is so good it was gone nearly as fast as a smaller drink!

Visiting from out of town. Craving a good banh mi sandwich and they did not disappoint. Got the traditional with sweet roasted pork. First few bites divine with soft crispy bread and pate. Highly recommend! If I have time, will return before I leave!

We got the matcha milk tea and caramel coffee bubble tea. The caramel one was like a Starbucks Frappuccino, but the matcha one was a huge disappointment. It tasted like powder in milk and felt like chalk in my mouth. The boba texture was subpar. Not bad but not great. Do NOT get the matcha one.
