I really liked the food, especially the Strawberry Smoothie! It was pretty quiet, but I really liked the ambience here, as it was peaceful enough for me to have a good meal. Even then, there were a lot of interesting things in the restaurant, like the front board having interesting art to show specials, which I thought was charming.

Although the restaurant is on the smaller side, the service is absolutely superb. From the moment we walked in, every staff member greeted us warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The service is prompt—orders are taken quickly, and the food arrives in no time.
The dishes taste homemade, fresh, and flavorful, with generous portion sizes that offer great value for the price. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I have nothing but compliments. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to others.

MUST GO PLACE!!! Looking for great food, great service and family owned restaurant here it is!! My server name was Melissa she was awesome! Her recommendations were spot on! The skirt steak was delicious and not many places get this right! The fried chicken and gravy was amazing! I have to say though if you want to try a new gravy that blew my mind it was the chorizo gravy! Please remember it’s family owned so when you come don’t be in a rush, it’s a great spot to come sit down talk and enjoy your breakfast! We will definitely be back!

I’ve been to quite a few restaurants in the Barrington/Hoffman Estates/Schaumburg area over 25 years, and Mr. Breakfast is hands down the best. Great homemade buttermilk biscuits. Their Hash Browns are from scratch, not the grocery store frozen shredded greasy spuds like other restaurants. Their staff is the best. Jeff is a very attentive server always on top of refills, doggy bags, etc. Their prices are fair and competitive. Their food is fresh and of the best quality. The restaurant itself is spotless, and there’s a whole lot to park in.

We were in the area because of a hospital visit and we’re happy to find a sit down restaurant with great ratings. Jeff was our server and was very kind and accommodating. I ordered all the fresh fruit and vegetables pictured; all of it was very, very fresh, crisp and plentiful. I am not used to that level of fresh veggies and fruits! The service was fast and our food came exceptionally fast. The ambiance is unique and beautiful! Even the bathroom was decorated in a pleasant way. Very good prices too.

What a little gem! The place is designed and decorated in a fresh and elevated way. The service is attentive, thoughtful and friendly. They are gluten aware (offering toast and pancakes) and also offer many vegetarian options. The menu offers something for everyone and is very reasonably priced. I had the spinach feta omlette which was fluffy and tasty; as well as the crispy hashbrowns (made from scratch). Even the tea pot was a nice touch (large and easy to pour).
I highly recommend this place for all day breakfast with lunch options too. While it looks like an ordinary breakfast joint on the outside, it is Extraordinary within. The place has heart.

I went to this resturant for the first time today.This resturant checked all of my boxes for breakfast dining.the food tasted great, the portions were generous and the staff is very friendly. This resturant was clean and quiet.the price is on point with the rest of the restuants in the area.I will be returning in the near future. A big Thank you to the staff for making my experience wonderful.

I think its a new place, as i never came across this name. But definitely give it a try.
Food is good. We ordered veggie skillet and popeyes benny. Very good taste. They need to work on hash browns as they were more like potatoes thin slices. Cooked but had to cut them into pieces to eat.
Service is very good, staff has smiling faces and is welcoming.
Ambiance is nice. Very clean place. They decorated a bit for st. Patrick’s day.
Our server Carina was very friendly.

It was my first time here, and the first thing I noticed is how the place looks. It looks inviting and cozy.
The service was quick and the server was polite and outgoing.
The food didn’t take long before it came out. We ordered a skillet and pancakes; the skillet was delicious. We ordered s’mores pancakes, but I was a little disappointed since the pancakes didn’t remind me of s’mores flavor.
Everything else was good. I’ll definitely go back.

Rather bland breakfast food and coffee. Absolutely nothing to brag about here, it’s dismal. The same server had us twice weeks apart, slow as hell and takes her sweet time and doesn’t make ANY conversation AT ALL. It’s like a Bizzarro Jerry Seinfeld Schtick she’s doing…. she’s a non talker. Like mute. Don’t eat here unless you’re fluent in sign language. And then bring some chives for the eggs. The eggs are fluffy, the chicken for the waffle is meh. Season it before serving. This place is BLAND.
