While the food is good. It was surprisingly not the same price that the main menu reflects.
So be aware. Prices on the menu are not what you have to pay.
In my case was more then doble the price.

First discovered this place almost a decade ago when I was living nearby, and though I live much further now I make it a point to stop by whenever I’m in the area because it’s easily the best teriyaki chicken I’ve ever had. Their food is SO tasty, and it feels like they use high quality ingredients, I always feel good after eating here. I usually get the teriyaki chicken and it’s always flavorful, delicious, and perfectly cooked. Highly highly recommend this place for good teriyaki!

I am updating my review. This place just went downhill. I’m not sure if it’s new ownership but I’m assuming. I ordered chicken teriyaki bowl as I have for years. The portion of chicken was half the size it has always been. Instead of a nice fresh spring salad covered in a delicious ginger dressing, it was a bag dry salad with very dry carrots on top and little to no dressing. Very sad to see this place turn into this. There was one Teriyaki bottle available and was very dirty and sticky. Save your money go somewhere else.

Great counter service here, no complaints.
Great value for their chicken teriyaki bento at $15. It comes with a leafy green/ carrot salad in a yummy dressing and 2 pieces of tempura / pot stickers with dipping sauce and rice (white or black mix). The chicken seems to be pre-marinated and has good char. The teriyaki sauce is slathered on top and is not too sweet and has a good flavor.
The sides offered here are the same as their Mr. bento burger location.
Their chili popcorn chicken was not crispy as i was expecting but it still tasted good like spicy orange chicken.
I am interested in trying their other menu items which at first glance appears to be very Korean-Chinese fusion like.
Parking is a bit limited yet most folks come here for take-out so spots open up fast.
Unfortunately, they don’t offer any lunch specials.

I have seen the place change when it comes to the food and the food has still remained good. However, when my partner and I went this last time they had the news on but with the volume up. It ruined the experience of the food listening to the news the entire time while eating which was Trump talking and talking. Though people can have there opinions this I feel is not something that should be played aloud while customers are coming to enjoy food. Before it would be music and we were greatly disappointed with this. We are not coming back which is sad due to I have previously enjoyed my experiences here but this one was quite distasteful.

Place is empty on a this Saturday, with the hard furniture I imagine this is a lunch crowd restaurant. Place has that feel.
Food was good, standard for a bento place. No prices list for menu items… order and find out. Friendly staff.
Oct 2023 Ordered: Teriyaki chicken, fried chicken, Peter Pan and two smoothies = $57
Side note: the prawns were overcooked today.

Second time here and still love their food, but today I was disappointed, wanted to try something new.
Ordered their noodle yakisoba and it had no vegetables and it was so little noodles, not worth the $8.99.
The teriyaki chicken was delicious, and the side salad with that sauce was yummy too.
The kimchi was fresh.
The spring rolls were okay but the sauce tasted more like ketchup.

First time trying Mr. Bento Teriyaki. My daughter and I got some take out for dinner. She had the spicy pork rice bowl and I had the the chicken yakisoba and pot stickers. They were busy, so we had to wait a little bit for the food, but it was worth it! It was hot and the taste was great. I definitely recommend it and we will be back.

The bento and teriyaki boxes are really good, but are pricey. I’d definitely eat here more if it was slightly less expensive.

Charming, lovely staff. Sad they were out of boba and sesame balls, would have loved to try them. The tempura shrimp was delicately crispy, the snow bubble smoothie was fun (make sure you stir though), the salad dressing was fun and not like anything I’ve had before.
