Probably some of the best BBQ around anywhere in the St. Louis/Metro Area. The sauce they make and their smoked meat is delicious. Don’t go for the presentation…go for the taste. Open during the evenings only throughout the week and most of the day/evening on Saturday & Sunday. Highly recommend.

My visit to this place was OK. The service was great but the food not so much. I ordered the chicken strips and they where way over cooked the breading tasted burnt. My boyfriend ordered the pull pork and a lot of the meat was burnt, the bread was very sogey. We also tried to talk to the owner about HVAC business since we had been doing the HVAC services there for many many years, the owner was kind of an ass. He wouldn’t even talk to us. Business owner to business owner that’s not how you do it even if your not interested there is no reason to be an ass. I honestly don’t see this business working out in Waterloo if the owner is going to stuck up and not ingage with his customers.
