This place is very bad, they need more employees, they should hire more people. The reason is that I ordered food, but it took too long, and the meat was raw and everything was cold. I asked them to heat it up, but they didn’t even do that when I asked if they could change it. Very bad service. They should close the place or send in health inspectors. Don’t go there, it’s too expensive and the service is terrible.

The Cali burger was to die for! Customer service was great. Zero wait time to get my food! The fries were so crisp, you could tell everything was made fresh and on the spot! I will definitely keep coming back!

The burgers are so juicy and delicious. Not to mention, the rolled tacos. This style of rolled tacos is similar to Chicos Tacos.
Customer service was great and even made recommendations for first time visit.

We ordered the Heavy D Quesadilla w steak and Heavy D Nachos w steak. Very disappointed! First of all, STEAK is NOT ground beef!!! We wanted Pastor to begin with but they didn’t have any. So we did “STEAK.” So not only were they out of Pastor, they were out of most of the fountain drinks. I had to get the drinks from the pizza place which we should’ve just gotten food from there, cause their food looked more appealing. Never again with i order from here.

Delicious! Stuck with the cheeseburger, and I was pleased with the portion size and the taste. They advertise “made to order” so there’s a little wait but it’s still fast and friendly service. Fair prices, too. If you’re in the Outlet Mall, it’s worth stopping at this local burger place. My six-year-old and I agreed it was tasty.

Must go!! This place was sooooo good we tried the Cali double burger, chili cheese dog, steak fries and the rolled tacos. Everything was delicious!! If you’re on the west side and want to get your Chicos fix, give this place a try! Super fair prices on everything! Will be returning, highly recommend!

Rolled tacos were nice and adequately priced….but $4.49 for a small basket of fries? They were burnt by the way….And $8.99 for a quesadilla? It’s ONE tortilla, not even a complete quesadilla. No free drink refills. Asked for a spoon, no spoons. Do better.

Seriously terrible you can tell they do not care about the customers. These fries were for a toddler. I had Taken back fries that were brown and hard just for them to rewarm them up. I went back and informed her they are for a toddler that almost chocked with their fries she said well we make them crispy which is a lie I boughten fries before and were soft. In the picture you can see the ones circled are the fries they gave me super hard even for an adult. Other fries are from Charley’s which as soon as I told them it was for toddler was given fresh soft fries. They seriously need to think of customers if this is a family friendly restaurant.
