My first time in drive thru, I ordered a SF Vanilla Breve Latte. The girl asked me if I wanted Breve or a Latte. I decided not to correct her so I said latte. (I shouldn’t know more than a barista.) Second time in drive thru, the fellow was talking before I had gotten to the menu or rolled my window down. I thought maybe he forgot to turn off his headset for a different customer so I waited for him to acknowledge he’s ready for my order. Then he said “let me know if you have any questions.” When I asked if he was speaking to me, he said “excuse me?” No attitude I could detect per se but it was still baffling, so I stated my order. Which leads me to the last time I went to drive thru – the line was backed up but that’s okay. Again, the girl started speaking before I got to the menu to order but I ordered anyway. The car in front of me got their order after 10 minutes of waiting. Then I sat at the window waiting for 15 minutes, watching the girl make drinks, while the guy took orders at the counter. It was noticeably busy, which is fine, except I watched 3 in house customers order AND get their drinks before anyone acknowledged me. Then the guy looked through the window and saw me, asked the girl about the window, she and I made eye contact and then purposely hid her face with her hair while they whispered. I know they were whispering by how close he had to get to hear her. He comes to the window and asks “is your order x, y, z?” I respond “no, it’s a latte” and he turns to her and says “is this the latte” to which she confirms. My drink was sitting there the whole time. Then I hear “gidya ash at.” I ask him “say that again? I didn’t understand.” He gets VISIBLY annoyed and tells me my total, takes my card, and then says “do you need a receipt.” I’m still waiting for the charge to post in my account to see if they gave themselves a tip. Makes me miss Starbucks at the Ridley’s.

Still rating more stars than I feel they earned this time around.
They did MANY drive thru orders and a LOT of customers who came in after us. Then the lady who took our order asks us if we ever got our drinks, as if they forgot about us completely because she also had to ask us what we even ordered.

The car in front of us was handed are drinks at the window. They had the drinks in the car for several minutes while the food order was being prepared. The customer handed are drinks back to the manager. When we pulled up they handed us the same drinks. I told them to remake them because the mix up. The manager was awful rude and did not want to remake them. Finally they did. Horrible experience with the manager.

Watched the manager remove a hair from an oatmeal she was making for a customer. I’m certain it was her own hair making it in her mind ok. I told the customer before he started eating the product. He threw it away. What kind of manager would do such a thing. And how often are they not following food safety? Go at your own risk.

I love this place! The owner is fantastic, the people are our friends at this point. They treat everyone with respect and they are always cheerful. I like moxie in general, but this place is the best moxie. It reminds me of Seattle coffee. Like Seattle or not, they know their coffee. This place knows what’s up! The guns in the photo are props. Love y’all!

I love these people here . When I first moved to Kuna in December I was bummed because they didn’t have stevia . I felt like kuna just didn’t have any good coffee shops after that after coming from Boise me. They decided to just get stevia and I am here allll the time now and the workers there are the sweetest to me every time I come through and my oatmilk lattes takes great .

We were so excited to get a coffee and pup cup for Oscar…sadly the girl at the window was so salty that it ruined our excitement she was obviously not in the mood to be cheerful…my coffee was good but not great.

Drinks are decent, but if I want flamboyant with sour attitude I’ll go to Starbucks. I won’t be back.
