We come to this spot regularly. Great lunch buffet usually. This time around was very poor they had a very poor salad bar with wilted and slimy greens. When we asked to see if they can replace it they were reluctant. When they brought it back out they did not clean it and they still mixed fresh spinach with the other greens that were wilted and still slimy. The price was increased but yet the food was poorly prepared and hardly no pizzas out. Not sure if they’re under a new management because the staff was all different. If this kind of service is provided we will not return.

20 years of ordering from the best pizza is finally over. Few months ago they failed to deliver my order to the correct house. Decided to try again and shocking it happened again. I let the store verify my address to make sure it was correct. Driver never called, did not verify the address on the receipt just left on a random porch. No worries they will fix it, right? NO! The store has zero power to make the customer satisfied which is a direct reflection of the ownership group. The employees have always been friendly but the policies and lack of procedures to ensure high quality guest experience shows that your money is being wasted on another poorly operated franchisee. Good luck in the future, you will need it as you HAD a gold mine for a business.

First time ordering: waited 30 minutes; pizza was sitting in the warmer and no one told me that it was ready, while i waited in the dining area. Staff were all in the back, not providing customer service. Second time: mom called and ordered, pizza didn’t arrive for over an hour; mom called only to find out that it was set for a pick-up, not delivery. pizza was delivered cold and mom was charged a $7 delivery. Awful service ever for a pizza joint.

This Mountain Mikes pizza and the location is the best!! The staff is very friendly and attentive. It is a very clean location. Andrew is very gracious and always insures our experience meets our expectations. We used to go to the laguna Mountain Mikes but the service has declined…We decided to try this Mountain Mikes Location and we love it.

$52 dollars for a Snowy Alps Pizza which is my favorite at Mtn Mikes but this week when I opened the box it was nothing like the Snowy Alps pizza they used to make. They should call it the Barren Desert Pizza now because thats exactly what it was. Not sure how much money they saved by cutting costs on veggies like green onions, tomatoes and olives. So stingy! Not to mention the way they spaced out the meats. Won’t be going back to this location.

I’ve ordered from this location four times now for delivery and two of those 4 times they forgot the ranch and soda that was ordered with the pizza. The first time the driver was nice and apologetic and came back immediately with the forgotten items. The second time the driver didn’t come back for almost an hour, now we have cold pizza with our ranch. When we reached out to them to let them know about our experience the girl I spoke with on the phone just sounded irritated that I was even calling. When I asked if we could be compensated in some way she said she would have to check with a management. Shortly after she came back and said they wouldn’t do anything. I will definitely not be returning. And if you like like your pizza hot I would recommend you not eat here either.

We went in last night to order pizza and pick up. While we were waiting none of the servers or cooks in the back had masks or gloves on. This is a health hazard and a safety issue in the midst of a public health crisis. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager was one of the ones who was walking around in the kitchen with no mask or gloves. He suddenly put it on when I complained. A health inspector for the city needs to come and shut it down.
