I have been going to this location for the last 5 years and it has been really good until recently. The quality has not really been there. Tonight I ordered my pizza online like normal. Just a large pepperoni with breadsticks. Nothing special. The website said it would be about 26 to 28 minutes until it was ready. I was over there within 15 to 20 minutes and when I got home and opened up the boxes both items looked like they had been sitting on the counter for over an hour. I used to work in a mountain Mike’s and always try to be really understanding but when it looks like they gave you an old pizza that was sitting there instead of the fresh one that you ordered, it’s really disappointing. I would rather wait a little longer for a fresh pizza than just be given one that had been sitting to get out the door quicker. Not sure if you can see it in the picture or not but the cheese is hard. Not melty at all.

Monday morning I brought my family in for the buffet special to enjoy our holiday. We immediately realized the one young woman Aracelia was the only one operating the entire store! She was amazing and made sure to have the buffet stocked and ready at all times. However I felt horrible that the young lady had to do EVERYTHING by herself. We watched her help customers walking in, taking orders, cutting pizzas, make pizzas, answering phones, and still serving customers with a smile. My family and I wanted to make sure Aracelia received some type of recognition for this. I don’t know how a business runs with one person operating the entire store but she definitely made it work! I’ve been a customer at mountain mikes for years now. I’m use to always having the same workers (generally denica, arcelia, or Alex) taking my order and greeting me at the register. However, these last few months have been very unsatisfying. There are new staff members who have a very hard time communicating over the phone. I’m pretty sure it’s just a language barrier but it’s ended with bad service. I either ask for a different employee to take my order or just place it online. It also seems every time I go in store the workers are working by themselves or with only one or two other employees. They lack the amount of staff needed to keep this store fully and appropriately running. The food quality is there but the atmosphere isn’t it for me anymore. I hope things change soon.

Everything was handled in a timely manner, and I really appreciated how efficient the service was. The store itself is very clean and well-maintained, which makes a big difference when dining in. The dining area was spotless it created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for me and my family. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without any issues. On top of that, the food came out fresh. It was an excellent visit, and I will definitely be coming back again!

Got my pizza nice and fresh out of the oven. Denika was telling me that the dough had just been made at the time of my order and I could definitely notice a difference. Great staff and a location that I will continue coming back to.

I walked in around 6:45, and the staff was cleaning up. Just as I walked in someone was picking up the floor mats to sweep underneath, which is great. Then the individual that had just picked up the floor mat, without washing his hands (and who wasn’t wearing gloves) went to the cash register, confirmed my pickup, handed me my pizza boxes and grabbed plates, peppers and napkins. I threw away the top and bottom plates and napkins when i got home, but it makes me wonder what’s going on behind the scenes with this individual if this happens in the 30 seconds of interaction I CAN see.

Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Lots of TVs great salad bar. Pizza was hot, and had fresh toppings! Had to use a coupon but was a good value. Also had their mini churros and they’re pretty good loaded w cinnamon and sugar yum!

Wow I have to say Mountain Mike’s is one of the best most tastiest pizzas out there! Came here for my son 17 year old birthday super busy but staff was phenomenal!!! Especially Alex, big shout out to him for catering to all of our needs as well as the gentleman with the beard whose name i did not catch because he was running around like a madman taking care of everybody like a superstar as well. Yesterday I visited Mountain Mike’s and ordered a Veggiemore pizza with white garlic sauce. It was so good—I really loved it! The staff was great, I got a good discount, and the place itself was really nice. It’s the best Mountain Mike’s!
