I intended to order a small cheese pizza, a salad, and a soda. The cashier informed me that choosing the salad bar would be a cheaper option, and I agreed. However, my intention was to take my food home, and I was not informed that leftovers from the salad bar could not be taken to go. I only agreed to this option because it was presented as more affordable.
As a result, there was leftover food that I was unable to take home. I do not wish to pay for food that I cannot keep for myself. Additionally, the pizza cashier was on the phone in the back while I was getting my soda.
Please do not recommend a cheaper option if it cannot be taken to go.

Came here for the buffet after shopping at Walmart the day after Christmas. It was 1 o’clock and the restaurant was empty. They made me whatever kind of pizza I wanted, which was sausage and all the vegetables. It was delicious but needed a little more sausage on the pizza. Crust was done to perfection and it was thin crust. The restaurant was very clean, and the bathroom just needed a few things picked up off the floor. Very accommodating employees. Salad bar ingredients were all fresh, including the mushrooms!

This Mountain Mike’s is clean, the pizza is good (not as good as Round Table but also not as ridiculously overpriced). My food is always ready on time. Always clean and great service.

I ordered a speciality pizza – the chicken club. The pizza i received didn’t have chicken, bacon, tomatoes or green onions. The only ingredients they put on the pizza were the additional toppings I paid extra for. My kids were hungry so they just ate it. But i paid $50 for sausage pizza. I didn’t realize that Doordash uses them. Avoid this place unless you plan on picking up your order in person so you can check it first.

I ordered almost $130 of pizzas for Mother’s Day and my pizzas were overcooked and burnt. Pizzas was so hard and very dry as shown in the photo. I could not eat it. I bring it back and the 2 men agreed it was overcooked and not edible. I returned all the pizzas and requested a full refund but they refused to provide any confirmation of refund. I noticed the 2 men were in the back room and not paying attention to my pizzas while it was in the oven. My pizzas were left unattended in the oven when it was burned. I was very disappointed. I came here many times in the past because it’s the closest location to my mother’s home. I will NEVER come back here. The 2 men never apologized for their errors. I do not recommend this location.

We accidentally place order due to GPS on phone. We received a call literally 2 minutes later saying we were outside the delivery area wich we appreciated and said thank you. This is where things got bad! We asked how to resolve this and the woman on the phone said we had to come get them we asked for a refund since literally 2 mins had passed we were told that our 2 large pizza were already made and in the oven? When questioned they lied told us we could not cancel and that we had to come get them. After being confronted about it we were hung up on and when we called back they didn’t know how to cancel or refund and insisted we cancel online. We checked out as a guest and there is no refund or cancelation option. We understand a mix up and that times are tough but the lies and being hung up on is completely unacceptable!

We went with my brother to eat lunch buffet. There was a gentleman in there. We were patiently waiting for over 25 minutes then she brings out a small pizza for us to share. That’s not a lunch so we walked out and they wouldn’t give me my money back.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Mountain Mike’s Pizza on Lone Tree Way in Antioch. I ordered ahead, but when I arrived, they told me my order had already been picked up — by someone else. No name check, no confirmation — they just gave it away.
To make things worse, the staff was unprofessional and didn’t seem to care. No real apology, no sense of urgency, and no effort to make it right. I had to wait all over again for my food to be remade, with zero compensation or even a sincere “sorry.”
When I finally got the pizza, it was nothing like what I’ve had at other Mountain Mike’s locations. The crust was off, the toppings were sparse, and the overall quality just didn’t compare.
Between the careless service and subpar food, I won’t be coming back. I strongly recommend avoiding this location — it gives the brand a bad name.
