Absolutely love this pizza spot! The crust is perfectly crispy, the sauce is rich and flavorful, and the toppings are always fresh and generous. Service is quick and the staff is welcoming. Whether dining in or taking out, the quality is consistently amazing. Definitely one of my favorite places to grab a delicious slice!

We just moved to Collbran and wanted to experience the local pizza place. The owner, Monica, is so welcoming and genuinely nice! And her pizza is so delicious! It’s one of the best pizzas my husband and I have had.
Crust is delicious with the perfect crispness, sauce is very flavorful, and all of the ingredients are so fresh! We are so happy to have found such an amazing pizza place and can’t wait to try all of the other items on the menu!

Best Pizza place hands down! We stop in nearly every trip up to the mesa. Perfect after a day of fishing with no catching! Best customer service i have ever received!!! Great atmosphere super clean restraunt. Wouldn’t to eat another pie than here!!! I recommend all there food everything all the time!

Came here on a western slope road trip and had a really lovely meal. We got the rancher and the farmer and they were both great and really fresh. Some of the best pizza I’ve had in a while. Monica was very friendly and helped us in our quest to locate a barn we were searching for. I would absolutely drop in again if I was in the area!

Come here every time I come to Callbran! Can’t seem to take pictures before I start eating though. Have not had anything I don’t like here. The ladies that own it are fabulous! Super friendly and engaging.

The pizza was 10/10 and the shake was great. It had to be our #1 eating out experience this year. We met the owner and she was friendly, cool, and engaged. Service was great and the patio was cozy. I never feel like I get my money’s worth at restaurants anymore, but this unassuming place was so worth the stop. I wouldn’t change a thing. We will be back, Thank you so much!

This place, its food, and its people were a major highlight of our trip from NYC. Boozy milkshakes (we had the key lime and peach shakes) were amazing to the point where the key lime shake just tasted like sticking a straw into a pie! The pizza we custom made to order came out absolutely delicious, and that’s coming from someone who’s been eating NYC pizza his whole life. Also, the pretzels and cheese bread were dope!
The people who run the place were fantastic too! They were not only very kind and patient while taking/making our ridiculous order only an hour before closing, they also had a great sense of humor about it all.
Good people, good food, good vibes, and good times. I’m glad they moved out to CO and opened this place. Connecticut didn’t deserve them.

Pizza was okay. I’ve had better but not many choice in this area so it’s not that bad. Staff were super friendly and they had a bunch of games (connect four, cards, etc) that you could sit there and play.

We visited Collbran today from Fruita to try out a Mountain High Pie and they didn’t let us down. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great! They offer a good assortment of food and drinks, from pizza, to root beer floats, to liquor drinks. We had a Pepperoni pizza with double pepperoni and cream cheese added, it was perfect! The pepperoni had a wonderful crisp to it and the pizza crust was just right.
To top off our experience here we found out our vehicle battery was dead and we’d need help to get back home. The owner of MHP helped us get in touch with some of the kindest small town locals who helped get us running and back on the road again.
We’ll definitely be back!
