WE DO NOT have a location in PARKDALE Our Winter Location is 2727 Cascade Ave In Hood River, Oregon Cascade Locks is our Summer location. We won the 2nd best food truck in the Gorge 2 years in a row.2022 & 2023 along with BEST BBQ Restaurant. And recently 2024 won 1st place in BEST BBQ Restaurant & BEST Food Truck, Currently we got 2nd best BBQ restaurant for 2025, so stop on by and see why. When it comes to BBQ, it can be out of this world, that’s good BBQ, and it was okay. Let me tell you something, Mount Hood BBQ is top notch one of the BEST/top five best BBQ places I have tried.
I had the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. The pork was smooth, mouth watery, tender with exceptional flavor. The coleslaw made a satisfying crunch to the sandwich. I am very picky when it comes to my pulled pork and this will be on my top five best pulled pork sandwiches I’ve had in a very long time.
The frito pie needed no explanation of deliciousness. The gooey mac and cheese, the flavorful brisket, and the salty crunch of the fritos topped it off.
Lastly, I ordered a side of mac and cheese along with the spicy creamy corn. The spicy creamy corn had just enough heat to make your mouth have tingly feelings, but in a good way! I am a sucker for a good mac and cheese, and this will be added to my list of MUST HAVE foods.
The customer service is over the top satisfying and friendly. You can tell they put their heart and soul into every bite of food. I will drive the forty five minutes to an hour to get this kind of BBQ!!

Would. It recommend. Not fresh. Just heated up and Mac and cheese tastes like a bunch of starch is added. Better go across the street. Lilos BBQ is better (but not as good as real smoked bbq in Texas.)

Ever since I got my Traeger a few years ago I’ve become quite a BBQ snob. My girl & I both got the PiggyBack brisket/pulled pork combo sandwichs for our Valentinesday dinner & wow, it did not disappoint. Definitely glad we finally tried the food here. Prices are extremely fair for what you get.

ran into this cart at the cascade locks 4th of july event and very glad i did, amazing brisket sandwhich probably the best ive ever had and ive had alot of bbq, wish they had more/closer locations to visit again!

The cashier has always been incredibly nice. Having them at mt hood meadows has been a welcome addition. Have had breakfast and lunch there and it’s been great. Ham egg and cheese is really great option in the morning.

I drive an hour just to get BBQ from this food truck! It’s fantastic and being able to order online is so nice, especially while we’re on our way. The pulled pork was amazing and the sauce was great. The coleslaw was delicious and savory, even after surviving the drive back. Also, the portions were huge (see my picture of the burnt ends with coleslaw.) Everything was just… awesome. Easy parking too.
