Will not be coming back to this scamming Coney Island. I ordered a corn beef sandwich and made it a combo as you can see on my receipt. Told them add chill & cheese for fries and they charging an extra 7:58 for chill and cheese on fries which is ridiculous.

There is a drive through waitress rude and very unprofessional ! If you don’t want to work you should not come to work! I order my two bacon cheeseburger made one a combo. First I repeated the order 10 times ! She was nasty from taking my order! I work late so I stopped at the coneys island almost every night never had a problem before! She talking crazy to me because I ask what I being charged for. I know how much my food cost already. She says what the problem you don’t have to pay for the order get out my line. If you don’t what to explain what I paying for why are you the cashier. Then what to charge for a side of bacon when I ask for a bacon cheeseburger! Customer service is the key . I don’t have to spend my money where it not appreciated at! There no manager there? she said her name was Harmony and I can definitely talk to Lisa about her in the morning! Customer service was horrible never had a problem before. You can’t talk crazy to everyone!

My 8yo said the corned beef egg rolls look like a hot dog crushed by a hydraulic press and rolled into a burrito..but let me tell you something, they are the best from here. Anything and everything I’ve ever ordered from here comes out perfect and they dont skimp on the toppings. Best Coney in the area.

I recently moved to this area and have been to this establishment and have been here about six times in three days. They have an order taker by the name of Joy. She is the sweetest employee and professional as well. I have not had any issues with any of the order takers. The wait time is alright but if you’re in a hurry this might not be the place for you because in my opinion the cooks take pride in what they prepare, and you can’t rush perfection. You can also eat in if you want. It’s a clean and nice place to take a break. I’ll be back for sure. I’ll probably be a regular in the days, weeks and months to come, and I don’t say that just for anyplace. I’m very particular about where I eat but I recommend going to Motor City Coney Island. Enjoy.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FOOD.
Never had an experience like this in my life. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!! The date is 05/07/23. I’ll try to keep this short. I ordered my usual that always get from this place. The last TWO times i went there, they forget my fries twice but i didn’t try and get my money back or make a big fuss like most people would, I just took the loss and hoped it doesn’t happen again. This time was different. My Gf ordered a chili cheese fry that she ALWAYS gets from this location. Once she got toward the bottom of the food, there was a stable IN HER MOUTH. I live around the corner from this place so this all happened in the span of 20 minutes or so. I drove back up to there and they claimed not to even remember me coming up there. I couldn’t believe what i was hearing. No manager available of course. I asked for a refund and they kept saying i was basically lying, and they don’t remember me coming in. It’s not about the money Coney Island, it’s the fact that my gf found a staple in her MOUTH. Before i went up there, i made sure it didn’t fall from the bag, maybe even the from the receipt?? No, there wasn’t even a receipt. the boxes were not stapled together. i don’t even own a stapler. So that obviously came from somebody not paying attention. thats disgusting and y’all should be ashamed. I was the dude in all grey that came today. i want y’all to know who this was. i tried calling the cops to see if it was anything i could do. they said no. Once again, just gotta take my Loss. I didn’t come in there yelling either. i politely asked for a refund, twice and explained my case to the female at the restaurant, and basically was told i was lying. All I can do is spread the word and tell people DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FOOD.
If you look at the pictures, she pulled the staple out of her mouth and put back in there. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FOOD.
Hopefully a manager can see this and make it right, and maybe i’ll take this down. I’ll make sure the whole city knows about y’all.
