Food voodoo be here. Sourdough croissants so flakey they defy gravity. Portions big enough to be called generous, you’ll very likely be served by a baker; if you have questions, they have answers. And what they don’t have here, they’re probably out at Chartier first, so just make plans to visit regularly enough that withdrawal won’t be a problem. Because after your first tastes, it will be. Butter. Flour. Sugar. Mother. Clearly made with love.
