This restaurant is a symphony of taste, color, and textures. The chef’s use of spices and ingredients from his two primary sources of inspiration, Africa and Japan, is exceptional. All dishes were prepared with French technique and sensibility while retaining their roots. A three hour lunch seemed to just roar by. The only negative I found is that the servers spoke in very soft tones and even the French speaker in our party had trouble understanding them and thus understanding just what it was we were eating. I was particularly grateful for the nonalcoholic options offered as in this particular meal we weren’t drinking wine. Make the effort get the reservation and go.

This was a family trip to Paris. On this day we celebrated my Nephew Caleb and aspiring chef.
I have personally had a few Michelin experiences and this one was exceptional.
The atmosphere was intimate with several 2 and 4 top seatings The food was interesting and unexpected. The combination cultural ingredients were delicious. It was exciting for my nephew to see a young chef. 1 of 6 chefs from the diaspora in the world.
Thank you

Won’t remain a Michelin 1-star…
Because it’s already 2-stars level

MoSuke is a STRONG fine dining experience. Chef Mory Sacko channels all his :
– genius
– discipline
– dedication
into a mind-blowingly crafted menu.

From the 11-stage appetizer journey to a jaw-dropping laser-precise chocolate tart.

Weaving African and Japanese flavors through French technique.

Would like to experience it again.

The best Michelin one-star restaurant in Paris. Every dish was amazing. The order of serving was a Japanese style dish and a West African dish, so we ordered white wine and red wine to pair them. It was a perfect dining experience, and the chef was very warm and friendly. Will come back again!

We camped out online for months to get this reservation—our first date night since having our baby. The Japanese-African fusion is outstanding: bold, creative, beautifully executed. Chef’s talent is undeniable, and meeting him at the end was a highlight. His humility and warmth match his culinary skills.

However, the service fell short of Michelin standards:
– Never offered a drinks menu or wine pairing despite ordering champagne at the start. Had to request pairing mid-meal, missing the first course.
-The table wasn’t cleaned between courses, and crumbs were left repeatedly.
-Different servers throughout the night prevented any rapport-building.

Bottom line: The cuisine is genuinely exceptional, and the Chef is brilliant. We’ll return for the food. But for a one-star restaurant, front-of-house execution needs to match what’s coming from the kitchen.

Amazing gastronomic creations, each plate bursting with flavor. The arctic char was incredible, and the wasabi ice cream with chocolate mousse dessert turned me into a wasabi fan – never liked this pungent spice very much before and now I’m sad I won’t get to taste this ice cream again when I’m back in Singapore.

If you’re deciding whether to get 4 or 6 courses, I say spoil yourself and do the 6!

Mosuke is a truly special experience. The cuisine is exceptional and unlike that served anywhere else – a thoughtful blend of African, Japanese and French influences. Each dish is a treat of new flavors and spices. The room is beautiful and spacious with comfortable seating and spacing from other tables. The service is warm, friendly and professional. Each person is proud of their association with the restaurant. It was a special treat to meet the chef who is so gracious while being a true creative genius. This is a restaurant that must be visited!

Making a reservation was quite a challenge, yet the whole dining experience justified it.

We really enjoyed the whole courses while discovering some new flavors along the way. I wouldn’t say that all the plates were my cup of tea, but the joy of trying out chef’s original recipes was truly mesmerizing.

All the staff, including the chef himself, were so welcoming and kind, making our visit even more flawless.

I love a restaurant that shows the kitchen….but one that can be seen from the street!!! Inside is warm atmosphere despite being very bright and Japanese inspired. Food was simply amazing… I had few dishes of something I never tried before. Chef plays with combos that are mad, never heard before… but it all works. Staff is like the chef: warm, young, a bit nerdy… but that helps just to enjoy food and the night. You feel so relax and happy to be there (had same feeling at The Fat Duck years ago…). Chef comes and talks to most tables (there are only 5-6!) and it’s even nicer than he comes across in tv. Seated at 8pm… left at 11:30 … but time flied! Will certainly go back. My best experience in Paris. By far…

Wow, wow, wow! This restaurant will Not remain one michelin star for long. It’s definitely going up. Chef is super creative and his rare ability to combine Japanese, African and French flavors is outstanding. There haven’t been many 2 or 3 star restaurants we’ve enjoyed as much as this single star establishment. Would definitely come back.
