This is my first ever review. I never write reviews no matter how bad it gets. I ordered 2 burrito bowls and both came just as a soggy plate filled with just beans, cheese and lettuce.The rest of the things I got were not there just a soggy plate of black beans which even after transferring to another bowl were still the star of the show. Again the plate was colddd as if it had been prepared hours ago.

Chipotle gets 5 stars from me. Walked in, line moved quick, crew was super friendly and actually seemed like they didn’t hate being there, which is rare these days in fast food joints. They didn’t do that stingy half-scoop of meat trick either. They loaded that bowl like they wanted me full and happy.
Everything was fresh, hot, and stacked right. Place was clean, music wasn’t obnoxious, and the vibe was chill. I’ve been to some Chipotles where it feels like they’re actively trying to ruin your day. This one was the opposite. Just solid, consistent, and hit the spot. No complaints. If every location ran like this one, they’d be untouchable.

I don’t frequent this location as often and I for-sure wont be back. The 2 females serving were incredibly rude to me and the customer behind me, rolling their eyes when i was placing my order. I asked for an Extra item to be added to my order and it seemed that the server couldn’t hear me. Since they were to busy talking I asked for a burrito and she began adding items to a bowl. I told her that I wanted a burrito and she said I thought you wanted a burrito bowl. When I said that was incorrect, she threw the food away.
Overall, the server didn’t give me a pleasant attitude to myself or the person behind me. We all misunderstand each other at one point but
I apologized, letting her know that i was sorry if she didn’t hear me but i received an eye roll.and both of them talking smack like if i couldn’t hear them by both females the cashier and the server. This happened on 3/8/26 dinner time 7ish pm

Night of 01/11/2025 was a poor enough experience to make note of it. The food quality was good but the line was only being ran by one person. Portions were all running low with most of the other crew preparing. Shift lead / manager slowly moving about the workers talking while the line was ignored for a few minutes with no bowls / burritos being made. Trash was overfilled with no trash bag in the can and tables were dirty.

Picked up my meal from this chipotle tonight and was halfway through the bowl when I found this massive piece of plastic mixed in with my food. Not sure what it is, but this should not happen. I’m guessing it came from one of the plastic bags that their sour cream comes in. Don’t know, but there’s one girl that works there that is always in a huge rush and it looked like she was preparing takeout orders tonight. Do better, chipotle staff.
Only posting this review so management sees it and they can make things better. Not trying to bash the establishment.

food wasn’t too bad but every time i come here the service sucks! not like a “they’re explicitly rude” sorta way but in a “everyone here CLEARLY hates their jobs” way. they’re all moving slow, complaining, rolling their eyes, sighing, just so unhappy. i was there while a group of either orientation or training was happening and i felt like warning them? like if they start working there all the light in their eyes will die and they’ll hate coming to work everyday.. they all deserve better than a terrible work environment 🙁 would not recommend going especially if you’re in a good mood, their bad vibes will bring you down

They skimped on my. bowl pretty bad. Then, I asked for more cheese because I got less meat, rice and beans than ever before. They lady gave me more, but her coworker corrected her for giving me more cheese. Made me upset that the worker was getting in trouble for giving me extra cheese I asked for. I feel like chipotle is really taking a bad turn with their skimping, 18$ for bowl with beef barbacoa, chips, avacado and still getting skimped.

This is the second time I have ordered through the app at this location and it seems to be that the person in charge of putting the order together DOES NOT have the time to read what I am ordering or is just lazy. Two times in a row, no way!!! Three or four items missing in the burrito bowl and they decided to add other ingredients that I couldn’t care less about it. And the orders did have my name on it. Very disappointing! I love their food but a HUGE NO-NO to order through the app.

Without going into to much detail, the night team puts the daytime team to shame here. not even close. Very clear that the GM only works the mornings and lets hope it stays that way. Only order from here after 5pm your food will be much better.
