They really really set the ambiance for here they put on some nice relaxing music with some nice scenery on the television big screen. The garlic knots were delicious and fresh and the pizza is to die for and the service is outstanding an amazing. I don’t know the guy’s name but he was very amazing. Keep up the good work guys.

Ordered from here a couple of times had an issue with the order this time and just called and asked to replace the wings that they messed up and the pizza that was doey. I tried asking him just to cook the pizza a little bit longer and to send the right wings and he pretty much told me to not order from there again because they make the pizza that way and I won’t like it anyways because it will be the same way I told him at that paint I would like a refund then my kids ate a little over half the cheese pie and a two slices out of the pepp and I ate one wing(which was the wrong sauce) and simply asked to replace what they messed up and whoever was in the phone was very rude and hard to understand because he was being loud and kept beating around the bush and they wanted to charge $10 for extra cheese on the pizza so I said no thanks clearly because $10 bucks for extra cheese is ridiculous eventually gave me a refund and pretty much told me don’t call there again. Customer service sucks 10/10

I ordered a cheese pizza and a chicken Parmesan dinner. My grandson loved the pizza. The chicken Parmesan was tough and dry. The pasta had hardly any sauce. Garlic bread tasted like butter bread. I don’t see myself ordering there again.

Food is good. Not why I put 1 star. I put 1 star due to the fact that I live 12 minutes away off moonlake which in straight shot turns into decubulis, then Massachusetts. I ordered delivery from here on May 16th, 2025 and the guy brought my food with no problem. Today I ordered delivery and of course they ask my address, then the guy on the phone said food will be here no later than 60 minutes. We’ll over an hour goes by and finally the guy arrives and proceeds to tell me that they don’t deliver in my area, we’re out of their range. So I called back to confirm this and this different guy tells me, “we never deliver to moonlake.”
If that’s the case, why was i not told this after I gave my address when I placed my order and, if you NEVER deliver here, then how did I get my food last year??
I’ll pick up from now on because the pizza is very good, but this misinformation really pissed me off.
Can’t reply to “the owner’s” response to my review but if that’s the case that I got my order taken by a younger employee twice then something is flawed in your training system. And then the 2nd guy that answered my call after speaking with the delivery guy could’ve done a better job at explaining then just repeating, “We never delivery to moonlake. We never deliver to moonlake”.

Seemed very busy, lots of take out and delivery. Waited 30 minutes and food was ready, very good. Very quiet type gentleman took my order then left on a delivery, other gentleman who came back from delivery very helpful and pleasant, thank you

First time trying Morty’s in NPR. One of the best meals we have had & we happened to be their 1st dine in Customers since reopening after Covid. They did not disappoint. Great service and food. We had the Super Stromboli & Baked Ziti & were both extremely happy. Took home 1/2 the meal as leftovers .We’ll be back soon.
