Met some friends at the Casino yesterday evening and decided to eat here. The food we ordered was good, but we were told we couldn’t order French fries or onion rings because they were cleaning the deep fryers. I was surprised this was happening around 7 p.m., as it seems a bit early to have those items unavailable.

The food took a really long time to make. One of my sandwiches was a chicken salad sandwich which wasn’t cut in half and I realized half way through my sandwich, it had chill/peppers in it which I did not ask for. I am very upset by this.

This was my first visit, my cousin recommended it to me. I ordered the corn beef on rye. It was good very good. Only thing it wasn’t as big compared to other corn beef sandwiches I’ve have. It was pricey but I’m guessing because it’s in the casino. If you don’t require lots of meat it’s worth it. It was clean and friendly. The ordering process is easy only thing the machine doesn’t allow you to choose your cheese.

I generally do not give bad reviews but… I got the worst sandwich ever. Brisket was over-cooked and dry, there wasn’t a lot of meat.
I only ate it because it was 10pm and I was hungry. My son ate his there and asked them to warm the brisket – he thought it was dry because of that – until I showed him mine.
These sandwichs aren’t cheap, I don’t mind spending money for something but I expect it to be good.
Mortys should either refund our money or give us 2 sandwichs.

What a terrible representation of a NY Deli. We paid $45 for two sandwiches and fries. Morty’s signature had 3 pieces of bread and 4 pieces of meat and charge $17 for the sandwich. The staff is worse than food. When I asked for $ back, the woman chose to throw away $45 worth of food than give us extra meat. When I called the “restaurant manager” he offered nothing in resolution. That’s the representation of MD live dining. Thank god they have Prime Rib where the service is top notch.

The sandwich was great, service was quick enough for the amount of people ordering. Workers could obviously tell that many of the people in line had never been there before, but offered nothing to help or advise on food, how to order, where to wait. The mac & cheese left a lot to be desired. It was just greasy noodles with cheese baked on the top, not throughout at all. There was so much grease that I couldn’t hardly keep in on the plate to cut through it. Only took 2 bites and had to throw it away. Chicken noodle soup was already sold out by 6 pm.

Food is decent I just use the comp I get from the casino and the service is decent speed but atmosphere is nice not lots of ppl during the weekdays but weekend of course it’s busy but it’s nice and clean here

Terrible, had a corned beef sandwich, which was about 4 ounces of meat and cured beef round not “corned beef brisket”. Was definitely not worth $17…come on guys, you have a casino to add to your fortune, use REAL corned beef and make it a descent portion. Don’t let the Bean-counters run the operation and squeeze 15% food cost out of it…serve great food and they will come. Your cost on that sandwich was about $2.30, trust me, I know. So sell it for $9.75 and stop ripping people off.
